About: Growing up, I was surrounded by animals. Horses, geese, ducks, cats, rabbits, and lots and lots of dogs. My parents rescued and fostered animals of all kinds, but mostly dogs, especially Great Danes. We’ve had every type of dog from a 3 pound Yorky to a deaf Jack Russel to a 187 pound GD, and everything in between. I’ve passed my love of animals on to my own children, who were raised to respect and cherish their pets from an early age. We’ve had birds, cats, and of course lots and lots of dogs! Pets make life so much better. I am retired from the medical field. My husband and I are active people and love exploring, being outside in nature, thrifting, biking, and high school sports. My day will be dedicated to the animals in my care, making them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while in my home. We have a fenced yard and live in a quiet part of our neighborhood. We have a few different sized crates and even a built-in ‘doggy apartment’ under the stairs!

About: Before we had kids, we would dog sit up to four dogs at a time in our home. Now that our kids are old enough and understand how to care for and respect dogs we feel comfortable bringing kid friendly and potty trained dogs into our home. We’re all excited to love on your pup! Julie homeschools our children so they are home a majority of the day. If your pup is destructive or a chewer, please bring a crate for when they have to leave the house. We intend to love and care for your dog just as we love and care for Penny. We work together as a family to ensure your pets needs are met throughout the day and night.

About: Dedicated and compassionate animal care professional with over 8 years of experience in rescue, dog training/leash handling, doggy daycare, and boarding operations in all capacities from management to technician. Skilled in bathing, handling dogs of all temperaments, leash handling/training, and leading teams in a high-volume, industry leading animal care setting. Passionate about animal welfare and seeking to transition into a long term grooming career to combine hands-on care with professional grooming expertise. In the mean time while going to school for grooming, I’ll be taking care of your pup! I am currently enrolled in Grooming school. While I am attending school I plan on being able to help you care for your beloved pet! I am currently in the middle of moving from the Port Royal area to the Bluffton area. I prefer to have your pups stay at my house for any daycare days or overnights!

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. Pets have always been a priority to me. I am flexible and have over 5 years of pet sitting experience. I have taken care of dogs of every size, except ones over 100 lbs and am experienced with cats too. I will go the extra mile for you and your pet to insure a safe and fun experience. “Nakita was amazing!!! My dog Mia just had surgery and has stitches in three places and had five teeth pulled. She has to wear a donut from recovery. I needed a dog babysitter last minute and the communication from Nakita was so fast, friendly, and professional! She has a perfect set up in her house for dogs, and was so kind, caring, and listened to everything that my dog needed. My dog Mia was so happy when we left annd relaxed annd not stressed , and Nakita sent photos the whole time (didn’t even expect that but it was a very nice special touch!) she was so careful with Mia and also very friendly and hardworking. About: I've rescued animals my entire life. Earliest I can remember is 3 years old and I've worked at the Humane Society many times wherever I've lived. I work for myself doing gig work because my body isn't that young anymore and I already have animals. Cats dogs and frogs. I need to make a living doing something I Love I have six dogs and 5 cats under my care each week and none are created but I can if needed. All the animals get along.

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life as well as an animal lover! I have volunteered at shelters as well as adopted 2 rescue dogs. I have really been around every breed and behavior. I’m available most weekends with open availability. My schedule is fairly flexible during the week and make it open if need be for your convenience. I have had a 70lb dog and currently have a 56lb dog. I’m good with harnesses and leashes for all size dogs! I also have had multiple dogs on daily medication so very well versed in giving medication too.
