About: I grew up with an Irish wolfhound so I know how to handle big breeds. I cared for a boxer for many years as well. Ive helped with my sister’s full sized doodle mix when they have been traveling. Im an avid walker and can go long distances. Look forward to hearing from you! Im making my own schedule so I have a lot flexibility. Looking for a consistent routine and pets to care for on a regular basis but also open to here and there as well. I have been pet sitting for five years, gaining experience with many different breeds and have learned to love every kind of pup! I offer potty breaks, dog walking, and overnight stays! About: I have experience with several breeds of dogs. I currently own a rottweiler (my second!) so no dog is too big or too small! I am a homemaker so I am very flexible! I have been an island resident for 20 years and a dog owner all my life! I am a homemaker and self employed. If needed, I do most of my work for my husband in the mornings. My afternoons are very flexible! I will follow the instructions you provide. I know most clients are peculiar about where their leashes are stored, whether their pup gets a treat before/after their walk, etc.

About: Dear families: We like to embrace the initial dog vacay/rover purpose: to have your TINY furry baby go to a family home to feel loved while away from home! This is a family home, not a boarding place, so our spaces are very limited. Since we take SMALL BREEDS ONLY we are experts on their personality trends (nervousness, separation anxiety, fears, etc), and understand their needs at different stages in life: puppies, senior dogs, disabled dogs. we ONLY accept dogs under 15 pounds, no exemption, and I never have more than three, or four tiny visitors at a time to maximize care and one-on-one time. We make sure our guests have a peaceful and restful time, if their health or age demands it. Or simply said, you may not want your precious 4 pounds furry baby being squeezed by a 70 pounds massive visitor while playing outside! I work from home, so there will always be some one at home to love on your precious babies. ——— I have had dogs my entire life. I grew up with a Saint Bernard, a cocker spaniel, a mini-poodle, a beautiful bunny (she always thought she was a dog, and we never told her the truth! she would come running to the door to greet you, she responded to her name and slept on our beds). I also had cats and birds. All at the same time! Nowadays, I'm happily married, and have two very responsible teenage boys, who also happen to love animals! My husband is an excellent trainer (by nature though, not as a career), and an incredible Alfa male. We have two lovely shitzu family members, Snickers and Lucy. Our puppies are loving, well behaved, house broken, and very playful. We specialize in puppies' care (under a year old), and at any age prefer non-agresive and well behaved dogs. We live in a beautiful large house, with a fenced in yard and many separate areas. Our guests will get plenty of love, exercise, sun, space and fun. We sleep with our puppies in our bedrooms so we are eager to accommodate our guests as part of our family. We do not crate our dogs neither yours, unless requested by you. We take daily pictures and send reports about our guests. Most of our guests are repeated, and very much loved! Rover has helped us create an extended family among all of us, pet lovers, it’s amazing! Before our seven years registered with dog vacay/rover we have cared for our friends' and neighbors' dogs for many years. We also provide oral medication, or special treatments when needed. We can Skype or FaceTime with you to give you peace of mind during your time away. IMPORTANT NOTE: I have severe back problems because of a car accident, so please don’t lie about your baby’s weight on the request; if he or she is over 15 pounds, I will have to reject the service at drop off, without a refund. Thank you for your understanding. General regulations: All animals must be current on all shots, free of any contagious diseases, on flea/tick prevention and we don't host intact adult dogs. I work at home and enjoy my guests' company. I usually start my day by 7am or earlier when needed and set to work by 8am. We will hang out around the house, and play outdoors as each guest requires. Usually I take breaks from the computer each hour and I get my babies outside to play for a few minutes. I have a fenced in yard and I never let the dogs outside alone without supervision. My home is very calm and safe and puppies as well as older dogs can rest or play as much as they need. I have several spaces around the house to enjoy restful sunny mornings or afternoons. Or to simply chill under the blankets to watch a movie together in the afternoon. We prefer calm, friendly, trained dogs. I don’t accept aggressive dogs at any time.

I work full-time Monday through Friday, leaving by 6:00 a.m. and returning around 4:00 p.m and sometimes earlier. I am available before and after work for drop-ins, walks, or check-ins. I’m home all day on weekends, which allows me to provide full-day care, overnight stays, or extended visits. I provide pet care exclusively in your home, so your pets stay safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. I do not accept pets in my home, as I have two dogs who aren’t comfortable with other animals. I follow your instructions carefully for feeding, medications, exercise, and routines, and I make sure pets are safe and well cared for while enjoying attention, play, and a calm environment. My goal is to create a stress-free experience so your pets feel loved and secure while you’re away.

About: Iv always had a love for animals my whole life. I love making animals feel safe and loved. I lived around a pitbull for 2 years and she was the sweetest baby ever. Playtime, cuddles and attention is super important when taking care of these babies. I am currently working full time and my schedule can vary but I try to be super flexible. I can spend nights and work weekends if needed. I would care for my clients pets in my clients home depending on their rules and the space that is provided. I don’t offer care in my personal home.

It also was super rainy the last few days and with 4 dogs and our yard is super muddy/ floors not good with mud and dog fur, we fully expected to walk into a filthy house but to our surprise the house was spotless. About: Growing up, I was surrounded by animals and always had cats in the home, along with guinea pigs. When I moved into my own place, I adopted my first dog, Leela, and later welcomed a chinchilla into my family as well. Through these experiences, I discovered how much I truly love caring for pets, which led me to adopt a second dog, Millie (pictured in my profile). I adopted Millie as a puppy, so I am very comfortable with puppy care, training basics, and the patience young dogs require. Since then, life has brought some changes. Following a move from Omaha, Nebraska to South Carolina and becoming a new mother, my personal pets are no longer in my care—Leela now lives with my former partner, and Millie was lovingly rehomed with another family when balancing a newborn became overwhelming. My chinchilla was also adopted by a new home due to the relocation. I am currently a stay-at-home mom without pets of my own, which allows me to be flexible, attentive, and fully present when caring for your pets. I treat every animal as if they were my own and strive to provide a safe, loving, and reliable environment. My schedule is very flexible, as pet care through Rover is my full-time gig. This allows me to accommodate a wide range of needs, including weekday, weekend, and last-minute requests. I’m able to adjust my availability to fit your pet’s routine and provide consistent, attentive care, whether that means drop-ins, extended visits, or customized schedules. Since I have no pets of my own, your pets will receive all of the attention and care they deserve. My home has a big unfenced yard.
