“Coco loves Ana and her husband! They really treat her like they would their own pup. They are super accommodating to her needs as an anxious dog with separation anxiety, and I know she loves the extra affection and attention that they give her while she stays with them. This is Coco’s second time staying with them, and we would book again with Ana!”

“Araceli is fantastic. My dogs love being with her. She is always so responsive and she let me drop off the dogs two hours earlier than I initially asked for which was really helpful due to travel plans changing.”

“Jennifer was so great. We had our wedding that weekend and some plans for my dog ended up changing and we needed Jennifer an extra day. She was flexible. She took such great care of my Navi and sent daily pics. She was communicative and very kind. We really appreciated her.”

“Ben was awesome! He took this last minute booking so my dad was able to enjoy the city with us while Dexter, his dog was safe and sound. Ben communicated with us very quickly and accommodated a last minute change of plans. With use again!”

“Thrylos’ stay with Robin was absolutely wonderful. Their home is so cute with a nice backyard that they were able to spend a lot of time in. Robin was also amazing in providing updates throughout the day and ensuring that he doesn’t feel taken care of. Such a sweet and caring couple I couldn’t recommend them more !!”

“Shana was great with my pup, Henry! She kept us updated with regular pictures and videos, and she was very easy to coordinate with. All in all, Shana was great, and I’ll definitely be dropping off Henry again in the future!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Hillcrest
I had such a great experience with Hernan watching my dog, Ravioli. He took such great care of him, and I could tell Ravioli was genuinely so happy and comfortable while he was there. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Hernan was kind, attentive, and clearly loves dogs. I would absolutely trust him with Ravioli again and highly recommend him!

Phillip & Daniel are a great resource for taking care of my Sam. They provided photos & videos of Sam's experience away from home - and it's obvious he had a positive experience while I was away. I definitely will utilize their services again when it come time for another vacation. Thank you!

Leo had a great time at Ben’s. Ben gave us updates and provided photos. We could tell Leo looked comfortable there. He also was extremely flexible when our flight got delayed and we had to pick up later than expected. Will definitely be reaching out to have Ben dog sit again.

Finnegan spent 10 nights at David’s place. And as usual Finnegan came home happy, healthy, and relaxed. David and his family have been sitting for Finnegan ever since he was a young pup, and they do a fantastic job treating Finnegan like their own family dog. Finnegan always wags his tail and gets excited when we pull up to David’s place knowing that he will get to hang out with his Bernedoodle buddy “Rex”. David’s place has become Finnegan’s second home. 5 stars!

Jeremy was the absolute best with my high-maintenance husky Lilo. Lilo had bad experience with an initial sitter and Jeremy accepted her as a Drop Off after speaking with me about the situation. He handled the situation with grace and so much care, updating me every day on her well-being and state. My dog experiences separation anxiety and I felt she was truly in the best hands with Jeremy. I highly recommend him for your time away from your pet.

Melissa was so great with our Maisy girl. This was the longest she’s been away from us and Maisy came back calm and well groomed and well fed and happy as can be. We got photo updates every day and we couldn’t have been happier with how maisy was cared for. We will absolutely be reaching out to Melissa anytime we need rover care again.

Dice did an amazing job caring for Finnley and Max while I was away. Neither of them was feeling well, so I was nervous about leaving them, but she was attentive, compassionate, and made sure they were comfortable and well cared for. Her updates gave me peace of mind, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful care she provided. I would absolutely recommend Dice!

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
