Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

Honestly, from the moment we met during the consultation we were immediately at ease. My pup had plenty of love while we were gone ( 13 days) and was actually sad when she came home - we think from missing Agueda! We couldn’t be happier with the care she received and if you are hesitating to book, don’t! She is great!

Thu took amazing care of my dog, Alo, during his 3-night stay. She was attentive, caring, and kept me updated, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It was our first time boarding our senior pug with Stacy.
