Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

Melinda is so friendly, caring, and reliable! From my first message about availability for our furry baby, she was quick to respond and helped us arrange a meet and greet right away. She was just as warm and personable in person as she was over messages. During the San Diego heat wave, our home lost power, leaving us without AC. With little ones and pet, our options for going somewhere indoors were limited. I reached out to ask about moving our meet and greet up and arranging last minute day boarding, and Maria was incredibly understanding and accommodating! Her home was welcoming, and meeting her gave me so much peace of mind that our baby would be in good hands even on his first stay! She was such a huge help during a stressful situation, and our family is so grateful. I would absolutely recommend her!

I enjoy the frequent pictures and videos of my puppy being social and overall really enjoying himself. Agueda took wonderful care of Peppa and kept us updated throughout her stay, which gave us peace of mind. Peppa is usually cautious around new people and takes time to warm up, but she was incredibly patient and understanding, allowing Peppa to get comfortable at her own pace. By the time Peppa was scheduled to come home, she was completely comfortable with her! It was clear that Peppa felt safe, happy, and well cared for. We truly appreciate the love and attention she gave Peppa and would absolutely trust her to care for Peppa again. Highly recommend!
I cannot thank Rebecca enough for stepping in on such short notice to watch my two precious fur babies Centy and Roxy. Jesus and his wife are fantastic! They were super accommodating and our dog loved hanging out with their family for the weekend. I was also super shocked to see her not pulling when they went on a walk in one of the videos they shared. Jesus is truly a dog whisperer! We found our future home away from home for our pup and we would not hesitate to recommend them!
I highly recommend Ari if you need a pet sitter. She took care of our 10 month old Cavapoo puppy, and was glad that we booked her. She kept us informed during our trip with photos and latest updates. The photos showed my puppy having a great time with her as she was able to walk her and take her around with her. She's been very professional and courteous and i would definitely book again if the opportunity presents itself. This is our first family dog, and we wanted to make sure we pick the right sitter, and not someone who didn't care about another dog in her house. She showed that she cared and love the pet that she was watching. When i picked up the dog she thanked me for entrusting her with our pet. I forgot to mentioned that before we/she committed, we met at a park to see if there's a fit and if they'd get along. Ari has a calm, caring personality and she genuinely does the best for the dog's best interest. Lastly, her place has AC so I'm sure my dog was morebcomfortable there than at my place because we don't have AC. My puppy's probably thinking right now "Why'd you pick me up?
