Pamela was wonderful with our dog, who got sick during his stay and needed medication. She handled it calmly and with so much care — keeping us informed the whole time with updates and photos so we never had to worry. What really impressed us was how much our dog took to her despite not feeling his best. You can tell Pamela genuinely loves animals.
