Rhonda took great care of Jade! She was very attentive to all the small details about caring for my senior dog with really bad arthritis. She seemed to make Jade feel right at home and provided all the patience and love that she needed. I will definitely be booking Rhonda again in the future!
We left Mr. Toby with him for a whole week, and I could tell he was very well taken care of. He kept us updated throughout his stay, which gave us so much peace of mind, and communication was always great. Carol is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to take amazing care of Peanut. She was incredibly communicative, took him on multiple walks, and made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout his stay. She has a wonderful setup at home and provides a warm, loving environment for pets. We felt completely at ease knowing Peanut was in such great hands. Highly recommend Carol, and we would absolutely love to use her services again in the future!
Trent and Rayssa were absolutely wonderful in taking superb care for our boxer Frieda. They were very quick with responding and keeping me updated about anything leading up to and during our boarding. Frieda was definitely played with and loved on and I would recommend anyone wanting a homey vibe for their pups to pick them.
Autumn and her family did such an amazing job in taking care of our two fur babies. Our doggies instantly clicked with her and her family, and kept a great communication line through sending daily photos and updates. Highly recommend Autumn and her dog-sitting services, and will return to them if we plan for another human vacation. This was our first time bringing our dog Benny to Madison and it was a fantastic experience. We appreciated the meet and greet prior since Benny can be a little much in the personality department, they answered all our questions and left us feeling nothing but sure it was the right fit for us. Benny spent his first weekend there and he did great, we received pictures and updates letting us know he was having a great time. Appreciate the knowledge and experience both Madison and Moses bring to taking care of our babies! Highly recommended and we will be sure to bring Benny back again and again!
Jennifer was absolutely wonderful with my baby. He can be nervous in a new place and definitely needed some time to warm up. He was even a little nippy with her kids at first, and she was incredibly patient and understanding about it. She gave him time to get comfortable and before long he was cuddling with her, hanging out with the family, and making himself completely at home. She sent me so many pictures and updates while I was gone, which I loved. I could actually see how much more comfortable he was getting as the days went on. She took him on walks, gave him lots of attention, and really seemed to care about him rather than just having another dog staying at her house. I also didn’t leave quite enough food for the whole trip and she went out and got more for him, which I really appreciated. I was out of the country for two weeks and I’m pretty particular about who I trust with my baby. I never felt like I needed to worry about him with Jennifer. She really went above and beyond and I came home to a happy, well cared for dog. I would 100% use her again.
Over the years Gwen has taken care of our little guy, Jake. She's been like a second mother to him making him feel home with her family and loved. You and your Homelands sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
