We love Emily! Our cocker spaniel has stayed with her twice now and comes home happy and healthy. The last time we dropped her off, she could tell when we were getting closer to Emily's house and was getting so excited! She ran right inside without looking back and was excited to play. Mark was amazing with my dog, Ollie, for the long weekend he had him. He sent photos of him cuddling on the couch and laying out in the sun, my dog’s two favorite things to do so I knew he was in good hands. When I picked up Ollie up he was happy and healthy. Mark was also very responsive, communicative and understanding throughout Ollies stay. Really couldn’t recommend him enough.
Rhonda took great care of Jade! She was very attentive to all the small details about caring for my senior dog with really bad arthritis. She seemed to make Jade feel right at home and provided all the patience and love that she needed. I will definitely be booking Rhonda again in the future!
Carol is the absolute best! She went above and beyond to take amazing care of Peanut. She was incredibly communicative, took him on multiple walks, and made sure he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for throughout his stay. She has a wonderful setup at home and provides a warm, loving environment for pets. We felt completely at ease knowing Peanut was in such great hands. This was our first time bringing our dog Benny to Madison and it was a fantastic experience. We appreciated the meet and greet prior since Benny can be a little much in the personality department, they answered all our questions and left us feeling nothing but sure it was the right fit for us. Benny spent his first weekend there and he did great, we received pictures and updates letting us know he was having a great time. Appreciate the knowledge and experience both Madison and Moses bring to taking care of our babies! Highly recommended and we will be sure to bring Benny back again and again!
Jordan was a blessing for me during my 9 day vacation! He was very communicative and sent pictures and videos often. You can tell he loves dogs, he was great with my dog and treated him as his own. His house is clean and it has a large fully fenced backyard. I am booking him for all of my trips going forward!
