We were initially concerned about leaving our 5 month old puppy Lola for one week, but Erica quickly disseminated our concerns by demonstrating her knowledge and experience of dogs/puppies. She understands their needs and is good at meeting those needs. Our high energy, stubborn puppy learned how to "sit" under Erica's care! Need I say more ! Erica also provided us with daily updates/photos which really helped us enjoy our vacation without any concerns. When we arrived home, it was obvious that Lola too was pleased with Erica.”

About: Hi! My name is Isabelle. I’ve been dog sitting for friends, family, and neighbors for at least 10 years! I miss having dogs around so I will love yours like my own. I work from home full time and can easily take lots of breaks to let your dog out! I also take 1-2 long walks a day. Feel free to bring their bed and any toys your dog may want to have with them. I don’t have a yard but plenty of space to walk them around.

About: I have extensive, hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals, ranging from household pets to farm and ranch animals. I grew up on a 7-acre property where I was constantly surrounded by animals, which gave me a strong foundation in animal care, behavior, and responsibility. I also spent time as a competitive horseback rider, which provided additional experience working closely with horses and other large animals. Alongside farm experience, I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and breeds, as well as cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and other small animals. I currently have two large senior dogs—a Boxer and a Shepherd/Husky mix—who I’ve raised since they were puppies, giving me experience with everything from early training to senior care. I’m familiar with the unique care needs of smaller animals as well. I also have a two-year-old daughter who is very gentle and animal-loving, and she enjoys being around and helping with daily pet care and walks when appropriate. My schedule is flexible since I am a stay-at-home mom caring for my two-year-old daughter. Because I am home most of the time, I am able to adjust my routine to accommodate feeding schedules, walks, check-ins, and any special care instructions your pet may have. While I do have my daughter with me, I am intentional about only accepting bookings where I can ensure a safe, calm, and positive experience for both your pet and your home. I make sure each pet’s routine is followed as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, litter box care, and any special instructions. About: I have never known a life without a pet of some kind. Having animals, I learned very early on the importance of responsibility as well as empathy for the feelings and lives of others. Just as we pay attention to human body language for cues, the same standard comes into play for animals. Because they can’t speak like we do, it is important to be attentive as well as respectful of their needs. I have 10+ years of experience from not only my own array of pets (dogs, geckos, horses, chickens, ratties, cats, etc), but also from my main line of work. I have been an in home nursing assistant for 5 years, beginning with taking care of my great grandmother and her dog in her home which blossomed into the career I know and love today. My integrity and compassion for both animals and humans has led to many opportunities for me. From walking dogs for neighbors and friends, grooming assistance, occasional medical assistance, Overnight sitting/boarding, and even small excursions for enrichment, all the way down to childcare in some cases. I am a child at heart and with animals, my spirit is at play. they bring just as much joy to my life as I hope to bring to theirs. I’d love to treat your furrever baby like my own while you’re away 🤍 I am currently taking a break from my human patients and putting more emphasis on building my animal care portfolio. I’d like to become a pet sitter/walker full time while back in school. I am able to provide A well enriched and attentive home with lots of toys and attention to offer. There is a park less than 5 minutes walking distance as well that I’d be happy to take your pet to visit for potty breaks and play, should that be okay with you. I don’t particularly like to crate dogs, however, if that is their safe space or they happen to be crate trained that’s no issue at all/is appreciated if they do not do well being left alone for an hour or so at a time. Communication is key and you will always be contacted should anything of concern arise.

About: I have always grown up with dogs and have never been in the house without them. I have had my own dog for the past two years and I regularly help take care of my neighbors pets as well as my friends. I have taken care of dogs from 2 pounds all the way up to over 100 pounds and I would say I’m very well-versed in how to care for animals. My dog is extremely dog friendly and would love to meet and play with your dog friend.! If your dog is unsure of other dogs, then I can walk your dog without my dog or I can dogs sit at your house without bringing my dog with me. I currently work a hybrid position where I am fully home on Mondays and Fridays and during the weekend. During the week I come home during my lunch break from work to walk my dog, so if needed, I can walk your dog during my lunch break as well. Mondays and Fridays, I am fully available to care for your dog in my home, at your home or whichever arrangement works best. I do live in a dog friendly apartment, but I can care for either your dog in either my home or in your home. My dog and I are constantly going to the park and beach so if your dog is comfortable, I can also take them with me to the park or beach.

Fun fact: my mom owns a dog grooming shop in LA! I’ve worked a lot in the shop and have handled literally hundreds of pet dogs. After 15 years in corporate, I’m now a Business owner with flexibility in my schedule. I walk my own pet 3 times a day, and frequently take breaks to complete my put duties! At home, I pay attention to the dogs signals and adjust accordingly - are they happy? Nervous? Thirsty? Whining? I speak pretty good dog by listening. During walks, I never allow strangers, especially children, to approach someone’s dog I am in control of who isn’t mine.

I have boarded many different dogs before but I'm really eager to board for other families and their dogs on Rover. About: I have grown up with dogs my entire life so I’m very familiar with long walks playtime, feeding administering medication and most importantly love and comfortability. I hate to say it, but my dogs are spoiled like they are my own children so my Doberman is my son and my cocker spaniel mix is my daughter and I do refer to them that way 😂 I can’t wait for them to have a bunch of doggy cousins! My work weeks are pretty flexible. I go into work for a minimal amount of time. I have dogs of my own so I don’t like to keep them home alone for long. Our days are filled with cat naps long walks. They are free roaming animals so they’re welcome on the furniture and the bed. There is an outdoor patio area that is turfed that my own dogs enjoy . They are feed once in the morning once in the evening. My Doberman is also spent doing mental stimulation and training so I’m happy to teach your dog a few new tricks also :)
