A Home Away from Home for Your Pet
I’ve been raised in a dog home all my life as far back as my memories will go with mostly larger breeds which are my favorite AKA Rottweiler’s but all breeds and shapes and sizes are my friends too. I am a dog lover at heart and would love to help anyone in need of simple tasks to care for their pet, ranging from potty breaks in your home, walking, play time or socializing I can do it all. My mom has 2 big doggo’s a shepherd mix and Doberman and I often dog sit for her when she’s out of town and can handle both of those large dogs together on my own. Your pets regardless of size will be in loving, nurturing care. I can accommodate to your pets needs and be flexible with your schedule. My only set back is I do work full time Monday through Friday. I can care for your doggo during the week in my home if you don’t mind them not being walked for 8 hours. Please note I do have a cat so I would hope your doggos are okay with cats as well. Otherwise I am completely open on the weekends starting Friday evenings to give your dog all the care and attention they need. I do live in an apartment with a small dog area or friendly neighborhood to walk them around or I don’t mind traveling to a dog park or taking a stroll around the neighborhood or even the dog beach for some exercise. Tell me whatever your pups needs are and I will accommodate and make it happen so you can enjoy your time away.

I live in a 2 bedroom apartment with a patio and dog walking areas outside. If your dog or cat needs to be crated I can do that as well.

I’ve used Kayleen for boarding, walking, and drop-in visits, and I’ve had a consistently great experience. Her communication has always been clear and reliable. I really appreciated the updates and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing my dogs were well cared for. Using Kayleen has made pet care much less stressful, and I would absolutely recommend her to other pet owners. For reference: I have a 110lb male Doberman and a 60lb female Husky/Shepherd. Both pull hard on the leash. She was able to manage both of them! Additionally, she took them to Shelter Island for a nice, long morning walk! I highly recommend Kayleen!
Kayleen is a pro. She handles our Doberman and Shepherd with ease, and we we trust her in our home. Sometimes she looks after the little chihuahua when she is around. Great lady, very professional!
Kayleen has watched my dog several times and has taken the best care of her. She has been around animals her whole life and has an aptitude for pet sitting. I always felt safe leaving my dog with her.

Schedule
I am currently working full time Monday through Friday. I alternate months of an early shift and late shift. On my early shift I’m usually home around 4:30pm and my late shift closer to 6pm. I am free all weekends including holidays if needed starting Friday evening either 4:30 or 6. I will exercise, potty and feed your fur baby however you prefer if it aligns with my schedule.
