Nancy did an absolutely fantastic job for our 2.5 week vacation where she stayed with our two dogs and took care of items around the house like putting out the garbage, changing batteries in a fire detector, keeping the house in good order, and left it as clean as she found it! One of our dogs is a senior dog and requires a multitude of medications which includes an inhaler. Nancy came over twice before our trip so that we could all learn together how to administer the inhaler…..and she did better than us with it. Medications were given on schedule and without issue. We would book Nancy again in a heartbeat! She does well with our dogs and they are very comfortable with her.
If you are looking for THE BEST dog & cat sitter - look no further! Sydney truly took the best care of my blind, 13 yr old, Blue Heeler who has a heart condition that requires medication and a different regimen than most Cattle Dogs. I can't thank her enough for going above and beyond with her care and attentiveness. She sadly had to watch my animals during the crazy SD heatwave and our place does not have AC. With my dogs heart condition, he needs some special attention to keep his heart rate down. She sent me many photos of her putting cold towels on him, and was extremely responsive and communicative while I was away. We also have a cat who is pretty easy to take care of but still - she took the best care of the both of them! You can tell how much she cares for animals from the meet and greet. She asked all the right questions to make sure she has everything needed to take the best care of the animals! I'm the type of pet parent who gets really anxious leaving my baby, Danielle put my mind at ease. I gave lots of instructions and she followed them to a T. Pippa was on medication and recovering from an illness and Danielle had no problem administering her meds. Danielle even noticed Pippa's paw was bothering her and I forgot to mention that, she pays close attention to detail and really cares about your pet. I was in an area with no service so Danielle gave daily updates to my friend that was in town which was much appreciated. I came home to a happy healthy baby and an apartment just as I left it.
