About: I’m mama to four crazy cats: Mark, Quid, Star, and Wally. They’re the most recent squad in a long line of kitties ( + one doggy!) that came before. I’m very comfortable around sassy pets, as well as ones with special diets or medication needs. I took care of my Delia doggy for 3 years, with all her rambunctious walks and homemade meals. I’m currently working part-time evenings in La Mesa, typically 3:00p-8:30p at the most. I am off work and completely free on Mon/Tue/, but I am available throughout the week to drop-in and housesit, provided I can fit it around my work schedule. I’m very flexible! I’m ready to handle any special dietary requirements (including cooking), as well as medication needs. I’m comfortable with crating dogs and/or banishing cats to a certain part of the residence. About: I’ve been a vet assistant for over 20 years. I have been a pet sitter back in New Jersey. It’s what I love to do. Pet sitting is what I love to do. This is the first time for Kaitlin to sit with our new tripawd rescue, Chilly. We haven't yet been able to leave Chilly for more than a couple hours. Working on that ..... Kaitlin was super responsive, understood our needs and Chilly's. She set up a meeting and greet and Chilly took to her. On the day, Chilly was comfortable with her and Kaitlin put my mind at ease to be out of the house for the first time in a couple months. I look forward to being able to have a sitter with experience with a quirky, special needs dog.

Crystal was terrific with our 2 dogs - I think they were disappointed when we came home. Charlie was amazing! She took excellent care of my pets and let me know how everything was going. My dog looked so happy in the pictures and not stressed like she has been when I’ve been gone in the past. My cats actually played! I have two cats that are not very friendly or playful but the pictures showed them playing! It was awesome. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone to take wonderful care of your critters!
Mesa is fantastic! This is our 2nd time having Mesa dog/house sit for us. She spent a week looking after our 2 large 6-year old lab/shepherd pups. One of our boys has special needs due to a partial acl tear. Mesa handled all their needs with perfection. She communicated with us daily and left the house spotless. We'll definitely look to Mesa for future needs.
Mariah was truly amazing. I was gone for 5 days and my dog started coughing seriously the 3rd day. She kept me informed by text including video, and, on her own contacted the Rover veterinarian (I didn't now there is one!) for advice which was very helpful. We ultimately decided she should take him to Urgent Care which she did willingly. She sat with the vet while they called me on the phone and she made very clear notes for me to use on my return. Mariah was up with Joey in the middle of the night for two nights - and after visiting Urgent Care, she gave him medicine at 3AM. And, when I talked to her, she seemed much more concerned with interrupting my vacation than that she was losing sleep and having to do more than expected. She sounded so loving to Joey the entire time - and thought her way through a number of possibilities to relieve Joey's distress. AND when she left, she had washed the sheets and towels and the house was as clean as when I left. I could not have expected more from anyone. She was absolutely terrific - and I am so grateful.
