“Katarina took very good care of our two cats while we were gone for the weekend! She had great communication and provided regular feedback (and photos). Our boys were in very good hands and we look forward to having Katarina watch them again!”

“Marissa was great! She checked in and sent photos with each visit. Kitty was very happy when I returned home since she had someone to spend time with her :) I will definitely book again if I’m out of town for a long period of time!”

“Latisha is absolutely the best—she has been a wonderful pet sitter for my kitty Mango and I can’t recommend her enough. Your fur baby will be in great hands with her, she takes pride in her job and loves what she does. We have only had positive experiences with her and checks off all the boxes you want in a pet sitter: detail oriented, communicative, patient with your animal, follows instructions thoroughly, leaves the apartment spotless, and is a wonderful person. Her calm demeanor and personality is also a huge plus with highly anxious cats! :)”

“Angela took amazing care of our kitties, Bear & Spooky! She spent a lot of time playing with them and keeping them company while we were gone. She even managed to get our picky cat to eat each day. We also loved all the photos and updates she sent. We are so thankful we found her on rover & will def be reaching out again! :)”

“Nicole was fabulous! From the second she came over to do a meet and greet - to the second she finished! The animals love her from the start, she was always on time, communicated very well, and made me feel extremely comfortable leaving the loved ones behind in her care. Going forward, I will only be using Nicole! :)”

“Jayme is great! I feel so less stressed knowing she is checking on my babies and she feeds them, gives them fresh water and cleans litterbox as needed. And of course gives them love and treats and playtime!!”

“Lorenza was incredibly helpful when we needed a new pet sitter for our cat while we were gone for the holidays. She was easy to work with, highly responsive, and took great care for our anxious cat!”

“Luana is an absolutely fanastic pet-sitter! She takes care of my sweet cat Phoebe and is very diligent about ensuring that Phoebe receives the right amount of food, water and love during her visits. She even makes sure to charge Phoebe's favorite flopping fish toy so that she can play with it when I'm not there. Luana is so kind and attentive to your pets' every need and will even send you adorable photos of your pet while you are away. If your are looking for an awesome pet-sitter, look no further :)”

“Marcie is a true cat lover and did a great job looking after our two boys when we were out of town for holidays. Beyond the usual she gave one of them inhaled asthma meds which is no small feat and even our shy cat warmed up to her immediately. About: Started helping friends with their cats while working from home—feeding them, cleaning the litter box, and brushing when they were in the mood. I’ve gotten pretty good at reading different cat personalities and making sure they feel safe, seen, and totally in charge. I'm available on weekdays either early in the morning (around 7 AM) or in the evening (between 5 and 7 PM), and I'm usually free all day on weekends. I’ve taken care of cats both at friends’ homes and by having them stay at my place. I usually ask about the cat’s personality first to figure out which setup would be better for them. Sensitive cats usually do best staying in their own space. In those cases, I usually open the door slowly to make sure they don’t bolt out; Let them see me from a distance and give them time to come to me when they’re ready. I also spend a bit of time playing with them or giving them a light brushing. If they’re shy, I just hang out quietly so they can feel safe. And if needed, I’m happy to send updates with photos or videos.

About: I’ve had many dogs throughout my life, from growing up with them to having dogs of my own. Although my experience with pets is primarily with dogs, I feel like animals in general absolutely love me! There’s a special connection between us that is unexplainable. I’d love the opportunity to care for your pets, whether it’s dogs or cats, and give them the love and attention they’re accustomed to—and deserve! Please note: I am available for house/pet sitting within 50 miles of San Diego. However, drop-in visits and dog walking are limited to 10 miles. I’m self-employed and fortunate to have a flexible schedule, which means I have plenty of time to give your pet the love and attention they deserve. I will make sure your pets are safe and comforted while you're away and do whatever I can to ease any anxiety they may have. We’ll play, relax, or simply hang out, whatever the moment calls for. My goal is to help them feel as comfortable as possible until you return.

About: Growing up, I was surrounded by lots of dogs—big and small. I am comfortable assessing how a dog will react based on their personalities and temperaments. I’m currently working part time, so I have lots of availability during the work week! As an animal lover, this job feels like the perfect fit. I have a fenced in yard and three dogs (2 dashchunds and a golden retriever) at home to keep your puppy company. I also have crates if needed.

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was young. I enjoy giving your pet the same attention and comfort they’d get at home. I also take the time to understand each pet’s unique needs. I also love to bond with them and make sure they feel safe, loved and happy while you’re away. I mostly work on my computer so I have all the time I need to be around your pet. They will have me around to play, exercise, company and go on long walks. I have a huge patio that feels like a yard and your dog will be able to sunbath and relax out here under my watch. I can sleep with your pet if that is what they’re used to or they can be crated if you’d prefer that. Am flexible:)

About: I’ve had dogs in my life for as long as I can remember; big and small, shy and silly! I’ve helped raise several pups from puppyhood to their golden years, and I love getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether it’s a high-energy walk, a game of fetch, or a cozy cuddle session, I’m here to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and entertained while you're away. I’m reliable, patient, and always up for outdoor adventures or sticking to your pup’s favorite routine. WFH with a flexible schedule. I even take myself on walks several times a day! Lots of time for playing, cuddling, and paying attention to your fur baby. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and needs. I enjoy getting to know each pet’s personality and routine. In a client’s home, I respect your space and keep things clean and consistent, aiming to make your pet feel secure in their familiar environment. If I’m hosting, I provide a calm, cozy, and pet-friendly space where your furry friend is treated like family. I always communicate clearly with pet parents and send regular updates so you can relax knowing your pet is in loving hands. Bonus: I have a patio where your fur baby can sunbathe or people watch!
