About: I have always been around dogs since I was a kid. Growing up I volunteered at the local no kill shelter cleaning, feeding and walking the dogs there. Otherwise, except for a few years in college, I have always had a dog in my life. I currently have, and am the primary caregiver for, a big dopey lab mix and an Australian Shepard. My lab was clearly abused in her previous home, but through a lot of positive reinforcement I have broken her out of her shell. We adopted my Shepard from a farm, and when we got her she was noisy and poorly behaved. Giving her firm but loving guidance she is now a well behaved lovely pup! I am currently pursuing a post baccalaureate in Computer Science. My degree is fully online so I am trying to be more mobile. My primary job is part time and also remote so I am able to give your dog all the love they need. Good pet care starts with communication. Dogs thrive on routine, so i will make sure we communicate and I am best able to keep your dog on their routine. This means regular times for feeding, walking, and playing!

About: I’m a Vet assistant so I have lots of experience with dogs and cats of all sizes and ages, and animals with special needs. I also foster very young kittens and grew up surrounded by very large dogs. I’m a student so I have a very flexible schedule and would love to help you with your pets during the work day and after! I love to play with dogs and cats and give them lots of love and attention when dropping in on them. I also will take your dogs on walks that move at their pace, letting them out explore and burn their energy at whatever pace they choose. I focus on the dog during the walk and try to take them places they will love and can play.

I am currently working part remote with open afternoons and evenings. I am also wide open on weekends. Please advise if you pet has special needs. I have a large, gated yards with plenty of play space. Overnight visitors will sleep inside. We make all of our pet's food from scratch but will be happy to follow any and all feeding instructions. About: I have no specific pet care experience but I have had many dogs, cats, reptiles since I was young. I have an incredible love for life which extends to animals highly. I work as an independent contractor so I have a completely open schedule and love being around animals note than humans at times. I have a natural warmth that almost all animals can sense and immediately create lifelong friendships. Always positive and plan to give your pets the most exemplary sitting experience known to man. I am willing to study or brush up on specific requirements depending on the animals in my care. I am very active and love to run. So I can run with your dogs or walk them, whichever you prefer. Also have tons of energy to play and make them sleepy and relaxed. Currently I work as an independent contractor building a financial brokerage and do Lyft on the side in my free time. So my schedule is my own and would love to find regular clients who have pets that would want some love and attention when their owners have work or trips that they can’t bring them along for. My roommate has own dog personally who I always look out for and make sure he is taken care of with water and food if necessary. HI’s girlfriend who lives here with us as well has two smaller dogs and two cats as well that I make sure are all in well standard of living when I am home and notice they need something. Both of them are great pet owners but life can be busy so I’m always there making sure they get anything that might go unnoticed at times. We have a large fenced in backyard where all the dogs can play and run around as well as use the restroom at will. I also take them on walks if my roommate does not have time with his mobile mechanic business.

I never leave pets unattended for long periods, and I’m comfortable supporting senior pets or those with special medical needs, including administering medications. Treats are always given only with your approval, and I love using positive reinforcement to make every interaction rewarding. “Ivy was great. We did a meet before leaving for vacation and Sophie was a little skittish and nervous. By day two, Ivy and Sophie were best friends. Ivy kept me updated on how Sophie was and she sent multiple pictures each day. Additionally, Ivy showed how much she cared for Sophie by letting me know about an ear itch she noticed on Sophie. She asked permission to use a gentle cleaner and I didn’t feel apprehensive about letting her help Sophie. Will definitely try to book Ivy again.”

About: My pet care goes back to when I was six years old. I got my first dog, a golden doodle, at six years old and my mother helped me train and raise her. When we got our second dog, I fully trained and raised her and it was such a great experience. That's my baby in my profile picture! I also used to work at a Doggy Day Care in the summer before I moved to D.C. for college. I would help assist with special needs dogs and dogs that required more one on one care. Animals are my favorite thing, especially dogs and I would be so happy to help you all out when you need it! I had a senior Shih Tzu during college years up until my last semester and that was such an amazing experience to have a fur friend during these years. I'm the friend that people come to when they need pet care. I am currently working part time so I have plenty of time to spend with your furry friend. I have a great and productive routine, given the fact I had a furry baby throughout most of my life, I know how to properly fit your pet into my schedule. Walking is one of my favorite activities so I would gladly bring your pet along with me! I am currently in a house but there is a park near my home. I am in a very walkable area, I can assure you, your pet is in safe hands and you can trust me with your fur friend!
