We had a sudden and heartbreaking family emergency—a reunion that ended in tragedy, which required a trip to the emergency room where my cell phone was stolen, leaving me with no immediate way to communicate with Cerita, and we even got a flat tire on the way home—and Cerita was a pillar of support and kindness throughout it all. She was incredibly understanding, flexible, and communicative, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a time of great stress and grief. We have a large fenced in backyard where all the dogs can play and run around as well as use the restroom at will. I also take them on walks if my roommate does not have time with his mobile mechanic business.

They were extremely proactive about getting to know Punky and her particular needs (separation anxiety, dog reactivity), and making sure we were comfortable with their apartment--which, by the way, seemed to be an ideal environment safe for a dog with easy access to a fenced patio. After picking up Punky, she has seemed happy and relaxed. Strongly recommended!”
“Lori watched our dog Hana for four nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

We had a sudden and heartbreaking family emergency—a reunion that ended in tragedy, which required a trip to the emergency room where my cell phone was stolen, leaving me with no immediate way to communicate with Cerita, and we even got a flat tire on the way home—and Cerita was a pillar of support and kindness throughout it all. She was incredibly understanding, flexible, and communicative, which took a huge weight off our shoulders during a time of great stress and grief.
