🗓 I work from home, so I can pop out for a quick visit to your home during the day if you’re within short distance from my home, or after I get off work at 3:30pm for drop-ins and walks! I am available weekends as well. I am currently only accepting house sitting requests from previous clients on a case by case basis.

➡️ I will ask you ahead of time if there’s any special accommodations or notes I should know before entering your home! I am very attentive about carefully entering and exiting to ensure no pets escape, and that I lock up properly upon leaving! (I always like to jiggle the handle just to be safe!) 🏠 I am my friends and relatives’ go-to house and pet sitter whenever they are out of town! I will treat your home with the same respect, never interfering with your belongings, and leaving the place as good as/if not better than I found it. I don’t mind cleaning up small messes, watering plants, bringing in mail, scooping litter boxes, taking out trash etc while you’re away! 🤝 I know you want to get to know the person who will be caring for your pets and home — I am always willing to do a video call or in-person Meet-and-Greet, whatever you feel most comfortable with! 📸 I LOVE taking pictures and videos for my clients so they can feel like they are right there with them. Please feel free to look through my gallery to see the types of photos you would be receiving!

For dog walks, I would like to know how your dog is on the leash and how they are when encountering other dogs or other distractions. Please feel free to update your pet’s profile with relevant care info, and preferred vet information in case of emergencies.
A typical day
I will ask if your pets have any favorite toys, treats, or activities and will be sure to incorporate that in my visits! I will be sure to give them lots of loving and snuggles for you while you’re away, and make sure they are fed, hydrated, and well taken care of.

👋 Hi, I’m Devon, a 29-year-old Ohio native enjoying the San Diego sunshine for the past 7 years. I have grown up with pets in the home all my life, and I fully believe they are our family members. I have two cats of my own, they are my sons! I would be honored to provide some companionship for your babies. I have a caring and patient approach to dealing with pets (they are animals after all, trying their best to play by our rules!) I have been sitting, walking, and doing drop ins with Rover since March of 2022, and I am responsible and reliable, having graduated with a BS and working full time for a healthcare software company. 🐕 I enjoy being active and love walking so I think your pup and I can bond on that one! 🐈 I love cat care! I’ll try and get your kitty engaged until they get bored of me and want to do their own thing 😆 I am willing to attempt to accommodate any medication administration requests, from simpler oral (putting on food, hiding in pill pocket, or by syringe as I’ve had to do for my cats before), as well as injectables (our cat Wattz was an FIP warrior; I had to give him subcutaneous injections daily for 3 months!) I look forward to hearing from you!
