About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and have enjoyed caring for pets my whole life. I had my sweet girl Stella, a pug, for 13 years. I crate, potty, and recall trained her as a puppy, fed her a balanced diet of vitamins and homemade food throughout her life, and gave her loving, gentle care in her senior hospice years. I’ve also cared for my mom’s boxer for a year and even taught her, her favorite trick… tossing a treat up with her nose and catching it! I’ve looked after my friends’ pets as well, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, senior dogs, birds (parrot), a chameleon, and special mentioned of a disabled Frenchie who needed a little extra help to go potty. I make friends with any neighborhood kitties when they let me. Usually just takes a bit of chicken or turkey. Lol I have a pretty flexible schedule, so I can work around almost any animals needs. I work Amazon Flex so I set my own hours and only do 1-2 hr shifts (sometimes multiple times a day). If I leave the house, I am gone for a max of 3-4 hrs or less depending on where I’m delivering to. I’m patient, attentive, and dedicated to making sure every pet feels safe, happy, and loved while in my care. I treat every animal as if they were my own and understand that giving their family peace of mind makes leaving them just a little bit easier.

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Jovi. She consistently goes above and beyond and I genuinely don’t know what I would do without her at this point. Having 4 cats can be a lot… especially when I’m away but knowing Jovi is taking care of them gives me complete peace of mind She doesn’t just stop at making sure they’re fed and taken care of… she treats my cats and my home like they’re her own!!! During this stay, she brought in a HUGE delivery for me that I definitely wasn’t expecting her to have to deal with, went out and bought cat litter when it was needed, and even cleaned up around the house. I came home and somehow my house was cleaner than when I left!!! 😭😭😭 None of that was expected or asked of her, which just shows the kind of person she is. What means the most to me is how much my cats genuinely love her. All 4 of them are comfortable with her, and even my extremely shy cat, who normally takes forever to warm up to people, has started trusting her and coming around her more. That alone says so much!! Cats know when someone is patient gentle and genuinely cares about them, and it’s obvious that they feel completely safe with Jovi 💖 She pays attention to the little things keeps me updated, and always makes me feel like my babies are in the best hands possible. I never have to worry about whether they’re getting enough attention or whether something at home is being overlooked. She takes care of things without me even having to ask 🥹🥹 Finding someone you can completely trust with your pets & your home is rare, especially when your pets mean as much to you as mine do to me. Jovi has become someone I can genuinely rely on and that is priceless 😭😭😭🫶🏽 I’m beyond grateful I found her and would recommend her over and over again. Heather took great care of our 2 cats and pet hen while we were away. Our cats quickly took to her kind and calm demeanor during the meet and greet. She provided a written note with fun pictures for every visit. We looked forward to the updates, which helped alleviate stress of our travel. She handled a couple requests that came up and was very responsive throughout. We arrived back to happy, well cared for pets and a tidy home! We highly recommend Heather, and absolutely will re-book in the future.
Jaime was such a heaven sent! She was so accommodating to my requests (even a last minute request to drop in a day extra) and sent our family so many photos of our animals! She responded super quickly to my texts and gave me such peace of mind. Prior to booking she came and did an initial visit to meet our animals so they would be comfortable with her presence. Our animals, with all their quirks, took to her so quickly and looked full of joy when she was visiting. She even helped with obedience training for our dog so her schedule wasn’t interrupted! Our family will definitely be rebooking Jaime on our next trip so we know our animals are safe, provided for, and loved while we are away. Thank you so so much Ms. Jaime!!
