“Lori watched our dog Hana for four nights and we couldn’t be more pleased. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

About: I have had dogs of my own for years now and taken care of family members dogs. I don’t have any dogs now but I have plenty of space and love to take care of yours. English is my second language. My daughter lives with me, works remotely, and also helps take care of the pups. Well aside from the gym in the mornings, I am a stay at home wife, therefore I have all the free time to be attentive to your pups. There’s plenty of indoor space and our outdoor space is fenced. In the summer, we have AC so the pups won’t be hot. They are free to roam around the home inside

About: I have had pets since I was born. I raised small breed dogs (family dogs) when I was younger and went in to raise 2 large breed dogs at my current age. I have trained my dogs since they were puppies and have often received compliments on their behavior. They enjoy time outside, snuggles on the couch, and homemade treats. All of which I’d offer to any dog in my care. I have a spacious home with plenty of room to run around. I am skilled in giving medication to all sizes and ages. My Aussie is not keen on meds so I’ve had to learn ways to get around that. I love all animals and someday hope to have a farm once my husband retires from the Navy. I do not work. My husband is the worker. I’m the homemaker. So I have plenty of time to do drop ins, check ins, etc and will not leave your dog for long periods of time. I have my own car, so I’m able to make it from point A to B without issue. I also have a routine that my own dogs follow, so I’m up everyday by 8am. I hsve 2 crates already located in my home. I hsve 2 dogs of my own. A female pitbull (Erza) and a male Aussie (Killua). I have a garage that I allow them to run around in for exercise (I’m working on making it into a doggy play room for my dogs, but it’s large so it’d fit up to 8 dogs). I have have 3 Furbo cameras in my home, so on the off chance I have to not be home I am able to view them on camera. I can also send recordings as needed.

About: I’m a lifelong animal lover and have enjoyed caring for pets my whole life. I had my sweet girl Stella, a pug, for 13 years. I crate, potty, and recall trained her as a puppy, fed her a balanced diet of vitamins and homemade food throughout her life, and gave her loving, gentle care in her senior hospice years. I’ve also cared for my mom’s boxer for a year and even taught her, her favorite trick… tossing a treat up with her nose and catching it! I’ve looked after my friends’ pets as well, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, senior dogs, birds (parrot), a chameleon, and special mentioned of a disabled Frenchie who needed a little extra help to go potty. “Brandee is the absolute best! She replied to my booking so fast. Eventhough she wasn't available for the entire booking, she actively searched for friends who could help. Other sitters just turned down the request, or didn't reply. We agreed on some days that would work. The request was to care for tiny, sick, shelter kittens. The job was not easy, it involved an application to the animal shelter, wearing full protective gear, coordinating with the foster coordinator, and then caring for sick kittens. She handled it like a pro! She found her way in and worked with the kittens and even sent pictures. I highly recommend her as a pet sitter!”
About: I got my first kitten when i was about 12 & another a few years later. We found both cats outside & took them in. Then when i was 16/17 we got 2 free cats from someone outside of target, & 2-3 years later another kitten from a litter. My family has had 5 cats total & i’ve raised 2 of them myself as a teen when they were kittens to adults. Eventually i moved out & my boyfriend got me a kitten almost 4 years ago. In total i have experience raising 3 kittens to adulthood & i’ve loved being a cat mama for over 10 years.

About: I have had pets for 17 years and so far I have 2 cats and 5 very friendly dogs. I know every behavior and jests at them or if they feel sick I am at home full time. The only time I go out is to go to the market and the occasional medical appointment. The rest of the time I will be caring for and raising your little loved one. My house has a secure fence, a yard to run around in. They will have fun meeting new friends. When they get tired they will sleep in a bed or blanket if they want.

I observe their body language closely to better understand their wants and needs.. if your baby isn’t as affectionate as others, I do not go and invade their space. I wait at a distance until they are ready to start our interaction. Schedule - I book walks & drop ins based around sittings! I sleep in owners homes regularly. I am booked in advance for these services as well. Sitting info! - while you are out of town, your babies are alone while I head out for other walks for no more than 2-4 hours at most. No matter what day of the week it is. All of my time is mainly dedicated to your child(ren) your baby will be walked if you’d like every 3 hours for however long you prefer! I’ve looked after my friends’ pets as well, including cats, kittens, dogs, puppies, senior dogs, birds (parrot), a chameleon, and special mentioned of a disabled Frenchie who needed a little extra help to go potty. I make friends with any neighborhood kitties when they let me. Usually just takes a bit of chicken or turkey. Lol I am happy to say that I have a pretty flexible schedule, so I can work around almost any needs. Let me know what works for you! About: I have my own dog, and have had him since he was 4 months old, so I know what goes into keeping a dog happy and stimulated. My dog is my child and my life revolves around him. About: Having 4+ years of volunteering at my animal shelter has given me the experience to handle various kinds of dogs and their personality traits. I primarily bring them out in the play yards to get their daily exercise so to do this outside the shelter would be like my ideal day of never ending fun. Nighttime hours (6-11PM) is probably my preferred time because I'm almost always available then. On weekdays, I provide morning care before heading to work (which begins at 8:00 AM in Chula Vista). Depending on my route, I’m typically available again between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM. After work, I return to spend a few hours feeding, caring for, and giving your pet plenty of attention. I then briefly check in on my own pets before coming back to your home for the evening and overnight care. On weekends, I have greater flexibility. I am available every Saturday and every other Sunday, allowing me to dedicate even more time and attention to your pet’s needs. Caring for your pet is both a joy and a responsibility I take seriously. While you’re away, they’ll be treated like one of my own—with lots of love, attention, and care. I like to follow a detailed care sheet outlining your pet’s usual routine so I can mirror it as closely as possible, helping them feel comfortable and at ease in your absence. Hana can be very anxious and temperamental, but Lori exceeded our expectations and was able to form a bond with her quickly. We usually avoid boarding Hana at larger facilities because she becomes overwhelmed and overly anxious. However, Lori was able to provide Hana with much more intimate care where she felt safer. Lori provided daily updates showing us that Hana was active and well taken care of. This made it much easier to feel at ease while we are on vacation. We will certainly be using her again.”

About: I have had pets since I was born. I raised small breed dogs (family dogs) when I was younger and went in to raise 2 large breed dogs at my current age. I have trained my dogs since they were puppies and have often received compliments on their behavior. They enjoy time outside, snuggles on the couch, and homemade treats. All of which I’d offer to any dog in my care. I have a spacious home with plenty of room to run around. I am skilled in giving medication to all sizes and ages. My Aussie is not keen on meds so I’ve had to learn ways to get around that. I love all animals and someday hope to have a farm once my husband retires from the Navy. I do not work. My husband is the worker. I’m the homemaker. So I have plenty of time to do drop ins, check ins, etc and will not leave your dog for long periods of time. I have my own car, so I’m able to make it from point A to B without issue. I also have a routine that my own dogs follow, so I’m up everyday by 8am. I hsve 2 crates already located in my home. I hsve 2 dogs of my own. A female pitbull (Erza) and a male Aussie (Killua). I have a garage that I allow them to run around in for exercise (I’m working on making it into a doggy play room for my dogs, but it’s large so it’d fit up to 8 dogs). I have have 3 Furbo cameras in my home, so on the off chance I have to not be home I am able to view them on camera. I can also send recordings as needed.
