“Billy is hands down the Dog Whisperer — and that headline is no exaggeration! He’s the best of the best. My 5-month-old Maltipoo puppy, Einstein, was treated like royalty while my family and I were away on holiday. Billy kept us smiling the whole trip with constant pictures and videos of Einstein — whether it was him strutting around the park, enjoying his meals, or just being his playful self. It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. He was super polite with my whole family, always cheerful, and gave us updates whenever we asked (sometimes a couple of times a day). Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. On top of all that, Billy’s rates are very competitive, which makes the level of care he provides feel like an incredible find. We’ll 100% be booking him again as repeat clients. For the weekend he was very good at communicating how our Penny was doing, and we got several videos and pictures throughout the day. Since I work from home, we spend almost all of our time together, and I rarely have to leave her for extended periods. After moving back to New Jersey, my work travel increased significantly, which meant I had to find someone I could truly trust to care for her while I was away. I visited several boarding facilities and explored numerous options, but I just could not bring myself to leave her locked in a cage overnight. As a dog owner, I wanted more than basic care—I wanted her to be safe, comfortable, loved, and treated like part of a family. From the moment I met Lenny and her daughter, I knew they were different. They immediately put both me and my dog at ease. During my trip, they took exceptional care of her and treated her as if she were their own. One of the things I appreciated most was the constant communication. Lenny sent plenty of pictures and updates of her relaxing at home, enjoying walks, and having fun throughout the day. Seeing how happy and comfortable she was gave me tremendous peace of mind and allowed me to focus on my work without worrying about her well-being. When I picked her up, it was obvious she had been well cared for. She was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful experience. It is not easy to find someone who provides this level of personal attention, kindness, and genuine love for animals. My cat seemed to have lots of fun and was comfortable in just a day even though it was her first time staying at someone else’s house! We also got an update on her every day. There were no other cats staying at the same time as mine, which was very helpful since my cat is unfriendly with other cats. I highly recommend Marina!
This was our first time leaving Leo. We were very anxious of how Leo would cope with the separation. Dhara and family took extremely good care of him and provided us with constant updates.
