Super responsive and agreed with very little notice (on a holiday…In the cold…and the snow!)
We are so grateful to have found someone as patient and kind as Joel for our dog Lucy. She can be quite nervous and hesitant around new people, but Joel took the time to understand her pace and earn her trust. His calm and gentle approach made a huge difference—Lucy is now excited for her walks! Highly recommend for anyone with a sensitive or anxious pup.
My Lucy takes time to warm up to people , Joel showed all the patience and knew how to Handel her . Thank you we look forward to a long relationship
Joel has been such an amazing help to us! He’s on time, consistent, and dependable. He goes above and beyond, not just taking him for a walk, but playing fetch and just hanging out with him! Joel sends picture of the walks and of them playing—it’s easy to see how comfortable and happy our dog is with him. I highly recommend Joel!
