It honestly felt like Einstein was on his own little vacation! Billy even went the extra mile by gently removing some knots from his fur and washing his things before giving him back to us. Einstein got plenty of walks, playtime, and cuddles — it was obvious he was being cared for as if he were Billy’s own pup. I visited several boarding facilities and explored numerous options, but I just could not bring myself to leave her locked in a cage overnight. As a dog owner, I wanted more than basic care—I wanted her to be safe, comfortable, loved, and treated like part of a family. From the moment I met Lenny and her daughter, I knew they were different. They immediately put both me and my dog at ease. During my trip, they took exceptional care of her and treated her as if she were their own. One of the things I appreciated most was the constant communication. Lenny sent plenty of pictures and updates of her relaxing at home, enjoying walks, and having fun throughout the day. Seeing how happy and comfortable she was gave me tremendous peace of mind and allowed me to focus on my work without worrying about her well-being. When I picked her up, it was obvious she had been well cared for. She was happy, relaxed, and clearly had a wonderful experience. It is not easy to find someone who provides this level of personal attention, kindness, and genuine love for animals. My cat seemed to have lots of fun and was comfortable in just a day even though it was her first time staying at someone else’s house! We also got an update on her every day. There were no other cats staying at the same time as mine, which was very helpful since my cat is unfriendly with other cats. I highly recommend Marina!
We left our 9 year old dog with Anu for an extended stay and are very pleased with the care she took of him. She provided him love and play and he soon settled in, becoming comfortable with her and her family. She kept us informed of his daly moods and routine, providing regular updates with pictures. She was also very quick and responsive to our queries. We highly recommend Anu and will definitely be using her services again.
I have nothing but lovely things to say about Radwa. From the moment we met her, her bubbly and kind personality made us feel very welcome as we did our meet and greet. Her dogs, Lyla and Diesel are very sweet and made our dog, Sophie, feel very welcome. She is 7 months old and needs extra attention— Radwa was really great at maintaining that. She was communicative and let us do a second meet and greet since the first one was a little over a month away from our travel date.
