We left our golden retriever, Mango, with them for almost 10 days, and from start to finish we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such loving and responsible hands. They took excellent care of Mango and kept us updated with regular photos and videos, which truly meant a lot to us while we were away. It was clear from the updates that Mango was happy, comfortable, and being treated like part of their family. Toward the end of his stay, Mango’s food ran out, and they were kind enough to provide their own dog food without hesitation — a small gesture that really shows how thoughtful and caring they are. We couldn’t be happier with the level of care, communication, and kindness they showed our dog. Noria is incredibly kind, smart, professional, loves dogs and has a gentle/loving way in interacting with my Kobe. She has been truly a blessing to find! My family and I are assured that when we leave Kobe for an overnight with Noria that he is being cared for as if he is part of her family. Kobe can be an anxious dog and slow to warm up to people. She has a patient and playful disposition. From the first time he met her he was happy, calm and it was evident that he felt secure in her care. The medication and feeding instructions have always been followed and understood. We appreciate the photos she sends and the updates as to how he is doing. Noria is a genuine individual who has been a complete joy for our family to work with. We are so happy that she has been caring for Kobe. When we go away we know he looks forward to his time with Noria and Milo!”
