This was the first time I ever used Rover so I was a little nervous. Adriane set me at ease by setting up an initial time to meet in person before moving forward. And of course, I felt very comfortable upon our meet. From there, Adriane was so fantastic with Millie. She sent me updates and many photos daily. She even made homemade treats for Millie (after checking with me of course) and I just felt Millie was really being loved up while we were away. I will absolutely ask Adriane for her availability in the future. I know Millie will miss her now that we are home from our 3 week vacation. I wish she could still come visit her everyday!
We used Lenny to take care of DJ over the Fourth of July, and we truly could not have asked for better care. During a thunderstorm, the power went out, and Lenny went above and beyond by bringing DJ a fan and a lantern so he wouldn’t be hot or left in the dark. Lenny was also looking out for us in every way possible. Our Jeep was parked under a tree that looked like it might fall during the storm, and she immediately called us to ask if we wanted her to move it to a safer spot.
