She was able to give them to him with little to no trouble, helped clean up my cat’s accidents & even brought over her own paper towels since I ran out. She took the cutest pictures of my baby & made sure I was always in the loop of what was going on. I cannot recommend her enough!!! Im an overprotective cat mommy so knowing I was leaving my baby with Anita made me feel so good!!”

“Natalie was so amazing with our two kitties! :) We are slightly anxious leaving our kitties when we need to go out of town, but she is both meticulous in taking care of their food etc. and very playful when it comes to getting their energy out and playing with them!”

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life—golden retrievers, English cocker spaniels, labs, and Nova Scotia duck tolling retrievers. I’ve helped raise them from puppies all the way through their senior years, so I’m comfortable with all stages of care. I enjoy going for walks in Golden Gate Park and the Panhandle, and I’d love to have a dog join me. I work remotely and have a flexible schedule, which makes it easy for me to fit in walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting throughout the day. I’ll make sure your dog feels comfortable and well taken care of. I give them plenty of attention, take them on walks, feed them, and make sure they’re doing great while you’re away.

“Anna did a fantastic job checking in on my two cats while I was away and I plan to rebook her next time I'm gone! My cats are incredibly shy and usually don't come out for strangers, even when enticed with their food, treats, or toys. I warned her they'd likely stay hidden under the bed the whole time she was there, which is why we were so surprised to receive videos and photos of both of them warming up to her: allowing her to pet them, playing with their toys, and even rolling onto their backs for belly rubs! We were amazed - Anna truly is a cat whisperer. It gave us such peace of mind to know they were in such good hands, and we so appreciate her patience and persistence with them. Thanks, Anna!”

About: I was lucky to grow up always having a pet - parakeets, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, hermit crabs, & cats - I love all feathered and furry friends! On top of having pets of my own, I have experience pet sitting for friends - I love spending time giving pets attention and care! I work remotely 4 days a week, so I have flexibility in my weekly routine! I am an active person who enjoys going on long walks for fun already, so having a dog to join me would make my daily walks even better! I am a proud cat mom to Lady Bug, a 2 year old tuxedo little girl. I previously lived with an adorable pitbull mix and would help my roommate walk and feed him when she was away on business or working from her office in South Bay. I know the importance of making sure all plants are pet-safe.

About: I grew up in a zoo! At one point we had 18 cats and five dogs at the same time (and an iguana, a potbellied pig, rats, a 100 gallon aquarium...and more). I love animals and specialize in high-care pets such as elder needs and aggressive breeds. I work from home (or your home)! I am available and present with your pets and can give them all the love they need and deserve! I have a tall fenced yard in Cole Valley for pets that require a safe off-leash outside time. There are two submissive friendly dogs in my house--however they stay elsewhere in the case of pets with special needs or behavioral issues.

About: I never had a pet growing up but desperately wanted one. I have always loved animals and during college, I dog sat for three different people whenever they needed me. I just graduated from college and have moved home. I have a very open schedule and would be available for your pet throughout the day. I do have a fenced in yard but due to other family members, I would not be able to bring the pet to my home.

About: I’ve been taking care of my neighbors/friends pets for years as well as being a proud city dog owner. Over the pandemic my partner and I were lucky enough to rescue our husky-shepherd mix who I spend my days with at home. Throughout my time with my pup I’ve developed a deep understanding of dog behavior as our dog used to struggle with a lot of leash reactivity and anxiety on our walks. Because of that I am more than willing to take on dogs who need a bit more attention and deliberate care when it comes to check ins and walks. I’m currently working in an upscale restaurant in the evening so I have large parts of my morning and afternoon available to check in on your pup or cat! Most days anytime before 2pm I have time to spend with your animals before I head to work for the evening. One of my main goals when it comes to animal care is to provide ample updates to the owner about how their pet is doing whether that be in the house or out and about. I’ve been a longtime house sitter so I have a track record of respecting others space as I’m in it as well.

About: I grew up with cats in my own home, and close to family and friends dogs. I’ve cared for all kinds of pets from kittens to chickens! I only work from the office on Mondays, from home the rest of the week. I do have some flexibility to go in a different day if needed so I can be sure to provide your pet all the care they need. I’ll be available to give your pet all the attention and love they want, but also give them their space when they’ve had enough. I love getting tips on what your pet likes/dislikes!

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, and every kind of pet of all sizes since my earliest years. I’m comfortable with high energy pups and more senior dogs and cats, as well. I work remotely on weekdays, so I have a flexible schedule that can accommodate sitting, walks, home visits, and generally spending more time with furry friends! I’m comfortable working in any kind of home - I grew up in a house of 7 kids so I don’t mind a little bit of chaos.

About: Hi! I’m Kate, and my husband Ben and I absolutely love dogs, even though our travel schedule means we don’t have one of our own (yet)! We got into dog sitting after watching one of our friends’ dachshund, and since then, we’ve found so much joy in dog-sitting. We live near Duboce Park and love taking long walks through the park and around our neighborhood, so your pup will get plenty of fresh air and exercise with us. We’re all about giving dogs lots of love, attention, and a cozy place to stay. Our goal is for your pup to be treated the way you would treat them at home! I work full time from home, so I have the availability to do a morning, afternoon, late afternoon, and evening walk! Walks will differ in length depending on purpose (pee/poop walk, or exercise). We are dedicated to treating your dog like we would if it was ours. This means frequent walks, snuggles, and whatever healthcare you typically do for the dog!

“Outstanding care for both our pet and our home. Maria is super responsible, communicates regularly and is extremely caring and detailed and thorough. We are and will continue to be repeat customers! HIGHLY recommend.”

About: I’ve cared for animals my whole life ~ everything from dogs and cats to guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles. I grew up in a family that treated animals like part of the family, and that’s how I approach pet care today - with patience, respect, and lots of love. I’ve worked with pets of all ages and needs, including senior dogs and animals with medical challenges. One of the most meaningful experiences I’ve had was caring for was my Luna, a three-legged Labrador–Pitbull mix who lived a joyful life to 18. I’ve also had Basset Hounds (grew up with them!_, Huskies, Malamutes, and Schnauzers, and I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and personalities. Right now I live with Stellina, my sweet rescue cat who I adopted at 7 weeks after being a foster dad for some time. She was under 2 pounds when I brought her home, and helping her grow healthy and confident reminded me how much trust and care every animal deserves. Whether I’m walking a high-energy puppy, bonding with a shy cat, or sticking to the routine of a senior pet, I’m always calm, reliable, and tuned in to what they need. I’ll treat your pet like family and make sure they’re safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I often work from home and have a flexible schedule, especially during the week, so I can easily incorporate pet care, particularly if you’re nearby. I’ll fit your pet’s needs smoothly into my daily routine. I tailor my care to each pet’s personality and comfort level, respecting their boundaries and routines. I aim to create a calm, secure environment where they feel safe and cared for.

Robert A.
“Absolutely — here’s a more genuine and personal response that answers all the questions directly: --- Robert would be an incredible pet sitter or dog walker because he’s someone who truly leads with care and responsibility in everything he does. He’s looked after my pets (both dogs and cats ) many times, and I’ve always been amazed by how naturally he connects with them. He takes the time to understand their routines, their quirks, and what makes them feel safe and loved. What makes Robert stand out is that he never does anything halfway! He shows up fully, whether it’s for his own pets or the people (and animals) in his life. He’s dependable, kind, loving, and someone I’d trust any day.”
