BOARDING AT MY HOME: When boarding in my home, I provide a calm, structured, and low-stress environment by only accepting one guest dog at a time. I have two friendly, well-socialized resident dogs who are used to having guests and do best with other well-mannered pups. I take time to carefully introduce everyone, and I require a meet-and-greet prior to first-time bookings to ensure everyone is a good fit. My home is pet-safe, clean, and set up with cozy resting areas, a large and securely fenced outdoor space, and plenty of enrichment opportunities like walks, playtime, and snuggles. I also follow the pet’s routine as closely as possible to make their stay feel familiar and reassuring. FOR DROP INS I aim to maintain your pet’s routine in their own environment, minimizing disruption and providing consistent care. I refresh water, follow feeding and medication instructions closely, and always leave your home secure and tidy. I also provide visit updates with photos so you can feel connected and at ease while you’re away. Building trust through consistent, compassionate care is what I do best. Whether your pet is staying with me or I’m visiting them, they’ll be treated like family.

About: I’ve been tasked with caring for family dogs including walks since I was 10, ranging in size from little chihuahuas to large golden doodles. I have ample experience with pets that have specific dietary needs and medications. I know how to handle reactive dogs on walks, keeping them and others safe even in high stress moments. I live in Jefferson Chalmers and work part time, so I can accommodate your schedule. I’m in north Detroit and South Oakland & Macomb county frequently as well. I was a volunteer at an animal shelter for three years, fostered cats and dogs for four, years, and currently have two cats of my own (and a menagerie of frogs and toads). About: With 15+ years of pet care experience you can be sure your four legged friends are in capable hands! I am available to walk dogs and do drop-in visits for cats and/or dogs. I'm happy to get some exercise and face time with your buddy as well as to administer any medication or special food they need. They'll be treated how I would want someone to treat my fur buddies Candi (my 7 y.o. rescue staffy with anxiety) and Barbara (my 5 y.o. rescue cat with FIV). I recently took a severance at my full time job and am looking to have a flexible schedule until after the birth of my firstborn in the fall. I will provide good, long walks for your buddy. If you need drop-in services I can feed them, give them medication and spend some hang time according to their needs and your preferences.
