We agreed on letting Nanook stay. They were very communicative about what our dog was up to, how he was getting along with Larry and they sent photos too. After the stay we were surprised to have received a thank you note and a personalized treat in our bag. That was such a sweet touch! We would definitely book with Emily & Jason again! When I reached out to her about Biscuit staying over while we were away, she offered Biscuit and I stop to by for a quick visit ahead of time to make sure we were both comfortable with her staying for a week. Biscuit had a great time playing with her dogs as well. She sent outfits twice a day which was so sweet and kind of her to think about doing. She met any need or requirement I asked for.
