She cared for our cats during an unpredicted and unprecedented blizzard that occurred while we were out of the country (before we left, 3-4 inches max were predicted and instead it was 1-2 feet!). In typical Rachel fashion she proactively communicated, worked out a plan to ensure the cats were safe and fed during the blizzard, and even checked the feedback from our automatic feeders on the days she was unable to physically get to them. She provided valuable feedback on our snow removal situation that helped us ensure the way was cleared and safe from afar. Our very shy kitty Misty felt safe enough to play with Rachel, and by the end of our trip she did not run or hide when Rachel came in (which is unheard of!). Rachel is thoughtful, detailed, reliable, an excellent communicator, and creates an environment where my cats are not only well cared for but feel safe and comfortable as well. For us, Rachel made what could have been an incredibly stressful ordeal something manageable, and allowed us to enjoy our trip knowing our girls were in good hands. Thank you Rachel!”

About: Growing up, pet sitting was my favorite job. I would spend summers taking care of pets. I've never had a house without pets from cats to dogs to birds to rabbits, we've had a happy and full household! I currently have 3 cats, Mo, Kiko, and Benny, and I couldn't ask for a better trio to spend my days with. I would love to give your pets the same love and care. I'm very in tune with reading animals and I will make sure they have the boundaries and comfort they need while you are away. I have a full time job that is flexible during the day to take care of your animals as needed. I enjoy being active and would love to spend time outside with your pets. While walking your dog, I would pick safe neighborhoods or trails, depending on what you would like. I am big on safety and comfort and I would make sure to keep your pup in a happy comfortable place while we enjoy some fresh air and exercise.

About: Hi I am Nora- a reliable student who loves spending time with animals of all sizes and personalities! I grew up in town with a Golden Retriever and a Bengal cat, but since their passings I have been occasionally watching other’s dogs! Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to take care of their furry loved ones (mostly large dogs) while going away for a weekend or a longer vacation. I am young, ambitious, and thoughtful, but new to this platform! I am currently working part time as a cashier while also studying. My flexible summer schedule M-F can accommodate your needs, while also making time for myself and my education. I am available for drop ins, walks, or house sitting and can accept last minute bookings if convenient. Only available until September! I know how important it is to trust someone with your pet, so I always prioritize safety and communication with each client and I expect the same from you.
