About: Growing up, pet sitting was my favorite job. I would spend summers taking care of pets. I've never had a house without pets from cats to dogs to birds to rabbits, we've had a happy and full household! I currently have 3 cats, Mo, Kiko, and Benny, and I couldn't ask for a better trio to spend my days with. I would love to give your pets the same love and care. I'm very in tune with reading animals and I will make sure they have the boundaries and comfort they need while you are away. I have a full time job that is flexible during the day to take care of your animals as needed. I enjoy being active and would love to spend time outside with your pets. While walking your dog, I would pick safe neighborhoods or trails, depending on what you would like. I am big on safety and comfort and I would make sure to keep your pup in a happy comfortable place while we enjoy some fresh air and exercise.

About: I have experience working with dogs of all sizes, breeds, and ages, and I truly enjoy getting to know each dog’s unique personality. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who loves long walks and playtime or a senior dog who needs a slower pace and a little extra care, I’m comfortable adapting to what they need most. I especially love working with energetic dogs and making sure they get the exercise, structure, and attention they thrive on. At the same time, I have a soft spot for senior dogs and understand how important patience, gentleness, and consistency are in helping them feel safe and supported. My goal is always to make pets feel comfortable, cared for, and happy while giving owners peace of mind knowing their dog is in good hands. As an elementary school teacher, my days are usually built around structure, consistency, and showing up reliably—and I bring that same mindset to pet care. During the summer, my schedule opens up significantly, which allows me to dedicate more time and flexibility to caring for pets in my community. Pet care fits really naturally into my daily routine right now. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and extended care throughout the week, and I enjoy building my day around making sure each pet gets the attention, exercise, and consistency they need. It’s something I genuinely enjoy doing during my time off, and it’s been a great way to stay active and connected while doing work I care about. I always tailor my care based on each pet’s individual needs and the owner’s instructions. I know every pet has their own routine, preferences, and personality, so I make it a priority to follow directions closely—whether that’s feeding schedules, walk routines, medications, or specific behaviors to watch for. In a client’s home, I focus on keeping things as consistent and familiar as possible so pets feel comfortable and secure in their own environment. In my home, I create a calm, safe space and adjust based on the pet’s energy level and needs—whether that means lots of playtime or a quieter, more relaxed setting. Communication is really important to me, so I make sure to keep owners updated and reach out if anything seems off. My goal is always to provide care that feels seamless and gives both pets and owners peace of mind.

About: I have owned and been around dogs and cats my whole life. I started out working with small animals when I volunteered at the Connecticut Audubon Society when I was a child and teenager. I also worked at PetSmart in the their Pet Hotel doing doggy daycare. While there, I walked, fed, cleaned up after, and watched over groups of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have also volunteered with Protectors of Animals at their cat shelter for about 2 years now. I have worked with cats of all ages and temperaments. My schedule is very open at the moment. I am able to check up on animals multiple times throughout a weekday and am also available on weekends. I am available to take care of pets in your home, whether you just need me to feed them and let them out a few times a day, or if your pet needs someone to stay with them for longer periods of time. I have reliable transportation in case of emergency. I am comfortable giving pills, but I am not trained on giving injections.

I work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to provide attentive pet care throughout the day. I’m able to plan my schedule around feeding, walks, playtime, and&check-ins so pets receive the attention they’re used to. I’m reliable with maintaining schedules & adapting to each pet’s individual needs, whether that’s drop-in visits, extended care, or overnight stays. If you want it shorter or more casual for Rover’s tone, I can trim it down 😊 When caring for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I focus on keeping their routine as normal & stress free as possible. I follow all schedules, exercise needs, litter box or potty routines, & any special instructions provided. I make sure pets get plenty of attention, playtime, & love while also respecting their comfort level & space, especially for cats. I keep a clean, safe environment & provide regular updates so owners feel confident their pets are happy and well cared for.
