I received photos & an update within 30 minutes of dropping them off - & without having to check in myself - which I absolutely loved & appreciated. She was VERY attentive to the dogs, asked about/followed their normal routine & updated me if she sensed anything was wrong or if the dogs seemed uncomfortable (one of them was exhibiting signs of an ear infection). Jacqueline was wonderful from start to finish! She was very communicative, sent pictures, took long walks and even did a little training with our 9 month old pup! Was so happy to know our dog was in such wonderful, caring hands, and our dog even made friends with her dogs while she was there and got to go on pack walks.
