About: I have owned and been around dogs and cats my whole life. I started out working with small animals when I volunteered at the Connecticut Audubon Society when I was a child and teenager. I also worked at PetSmart in the their Pet Hotel doing doggy daycare. While there, I walked, fed, cleaned up after, and watched over groups of dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have also volunteered with Protectors of Animals at their cat shelter for about 2 years now. I have worked with cats of all ages and temperaments. My schedule is very open at the moment. I am able to check up on animals multiple times throughout a weekday and am also available on weekends. I am available to take care of pets in your home, whether you just need me to feed them and let them out a few times a day, or if your pet needs someone to stay with them for longer periods of time. I have reliable transportation in case of emergency. I am comfortable giving pills, but I am not trained on giving injections.

I’m comfortable with everything from walks and playtime to basic training and, of course, plenty of snuggles. I also have all the essentials needed to keep your dog comfortable and happy, including toys, treats, fresh water, and bathing supplies. Your pup will always have plenty of attention, activity, and care while staying with me!

About: I have two rescue dogs, one of which I have owned for 8+ years. I also volunteer at a local rescue where I take dogs out of the kennel for walks on a regular basis. On top of my love for dogs, I am a teacher, so I am responsible and caring. I am a teacher, but I do not teach every day of the week and have summers and breaks off, so I am available many days to help take care of your pets and their needs. I also have owned dogs for the last 8 years and have experience with all aspects of pet care. I have experience with dogs at a kennel, so I am used to making sure dogs are safe and well taken care of. I am careful to make sure doors are secure and leashes/harnesses are properly put on to secure the safety of your pet. I have experience putting dogs in and taking them out of a crate. Your dogs safety is top priority.

About: I have had pets all my life. Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, turtles and fish. I know first hand how scary it can feel to leave your loved ones in the hands of a stranger. You do not have to worry with me- I will take care of them as if they are my own and send you lots of pictures. I will respect your pets unique quirks and you can be assured that you won’t come home to a pet who gained a couple pounds. Anything your pet needs- I am here. I’ve taken several classes in pet training (cats and dogs) and done online courses on pet behavior studies. I’m an auditor so I can do hybrid work. If you give me enough notice, I’ll work from home the entire week so I can give your pet the attention it needs! I have a one bedroom apartment so I can separate animals into three rooms: my room, the kitchen, and the living room. The entire apartment is pet- proofed so no cords or wires are showing anywhere.

About: Pets are my life, and I give them my full care and attention when in their presence. In previous experiences, I have cleaned litter boxes, administered medications, taken long walks (I'm an avid runner and can even take your dog for a run if they like it!), fed both wet and dry food, and dealt with anxious pets. I am a fairly free agent during breaks from college and can schedule my day around when your pet needs a walk or food! I can come as early as 7am and as late as 9pm! I am very respectful when it comes to coming over and caring for your pets. If you give me clear instructions where food and leash and/or medicine is I will do my duties, hang out with your pet for a while (and send you a cute pic), and leave everything else the way it was. I do not offer to have pets stay at my house.

About: I grew up with a black Lab and now have a cat, so I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for both animals! I truly love both animals. I work in office three days a week from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and have availability both before and after work for pet care. On my two remote workdays, I have even greater flexibility to provide care, and I’m especially flexible on weekends. Dogs will always be kept on a leash unless there is a securely fenced backyard. I closely follow all owner instructions and prioritize each pet’s specific needs. I ensure indoor cats are never let outside, and I maintain their overall care and hygiene by providing fresh food and water, cleaning up as needed, and making sure they are able to go to the bathroom whenever necessary.
