About: The best part of any given day for me is usually seeing a dog or cat. I’ve been recommended by friends and neighbors to take care of their lovable critters and figured I’d give Rover a try! I am currently working part time and have plenty of flexibility when it comes to pet care opportunities. I like to spend more time rather than less when it comes to lovable pets. About: I grew up with a black Lab and now have a cat, so I have plenty of hands-on experience caring for both animals! I truly love both animals. I work in office three days a week from 7:30 AM–4:00 PM and have availability both before and after work for pet care. On my two remote workdays, I have even greater flexibility to provide care, and I’m especially flexible on weekends. Dogs will always be kept on a leash unless there is a securely fenced backyard. I closely follow all owner instructions and prioritize each pet’s specific needs. I ensure indoor cats are never let outside, and I maintain their overall care and hygiene by providing fresh food and water, cleaning up as needed, and making sure they are able to go to the bathroom whenever necessary.

They both crossed the rainbow bridge and it took years for us to recover. After 6 years without a dog, my mom adopted a German Shepherd who I often dog sit when my mom is away. I currently have my own 10 month old Corgi who is full of energy and two sweet cats. On my free time I also volunteer for Protectors of Animals and do the walking shift with the dogs in the shelter.
