From the very beginning, she asked thoughtful questions that made us feel confident and at ease leaving our dog in her care. Right after drop-off, she sent us a message with photos to let us know how our dog was settling in, which was incredibly comforting. Throughout the three days, she kept us updated with pictures and messages, and we could clearly see that our dog was getting plenty of playtime, exercise, good food, and enjoying time with the other dog. When we picked her up, our dog was calm, balanced, and happy—which says everything. We would recommend Haoran anytime. She has a beautiful space with plenty of room for dogs to play, and she took excellent care of our dog while keeping us consistently updated, which we truly appreciated.”

About: I love animals and I have good connection with them . I wish one day I can have my own place to help all the stray and federal cats I’m full available on the weekend and morning week days . Is my pleasure taking care of them 💕 They always trust me they know that I can’t never hurt them I am treating animals as a real children. “Joshua and Jamie were absolutely amazing with our dogs! They cared for our boys like they were their own family! We were kept updated in regard to some complicated health issues our senior dogs are going through and they managed their medication routine very professionally. They also sent us cute pictures and videos of our boys playing with their dogs and it made us feel like we weren’t so far away :) We wish there were more stars for us to rate with and very, very highly recommend them!”

Jacqueline was wonderful from start to finish! She was very communicative, sent pictures, took long walks and even did a little training with our 9 month old pup! Was so happy to know our dog was in such wonderful, caring hands, and our dog even made friends with her dogs while she was there and got to go on pack walks. She also got a crate that was the right size for her since we didn’t have a portable one! Would recommend to anyone, and we’ll be using her again for sure!
Catherine was an excellent sitter—her care was beyond my expectations! She genuinely loves the pets she cares for and gave my Vizsla, Arrow, walks attention, and cuddle time. Catherine is kind, gracious and easy to work with. She communicated perfectly about Arrow throughout his three day stay with her. I’ll definitely ask her to sit again, and most highly recommend her!
