Friend of furry ones, big or small!
I’ve always loved dogs, cats, birds, rodent pals and scaly friends too. I cared for parakeets and hamsters throughout my childhood, and I finally had the chance to raise a puppy during 2020, which came with all the experience of good dog ownership! I’m a thorough and conscientious owner, keeping my buddy clean, healthy, exercised, entertained, and spoiled to boot! I’ve received multiple professional balanced-training sessions along with hundreds of hours of my own experience raising a very intelligent and independent hound mix, so I am intimately familiar with many training techniques and proper use of training tools when needed. I always try to do what’s best for my buddy, and I hope to do the same for your furry family!

Schedule
I am currently working seasonally and participating in various gig work opportunities, so I am available at all crazy hours and days of the week as needed. Just give me some notice ahead and account for travel time, and I’ll make it happen!

I take impeccable care of my own dog, and you can expect me to do the same for your buddies. I regularly bathe and groom my dog by hand, only feed the best foods and treats, spend tons of time playing, exercising, and training, and then tidy and clean as needed to keep our home safe and sanitary. I treat my dog like I would a kid: plenty of enrichment, a consistent schedule, fair and reasonable house rules, and do whatever I can to keep him happy and healthy.

A typical day
Nothing makes me happier than seeing a dog enjoy all the fun things in life: chasing a frisbee, sniffing every single leaf on a hike, splashing their paws in a brook, or just enjoying a nice snack and snuggle on the couch. I’ll entertain any idea those canine brains can concoct, because I’m as happy as they are to be a part of their favorite activities! I enjoy walking any terrain, rain or shine, whether it be a neighborhood sidewalk, a nearby park, or a deep-woods hike in local nature preserves.
