About: I have had dogs for 20 years. I have had 3 smaller dogs in the past (14-25 pounds). 2 were pug/beagle mixes and 1 was a Boston terrier/beagle mix. I currently have a bigger dog (83 pounds) who is a German Shepard/Australian Shepard/Rottweiler mix. I also had a cat growing up for 8 years. I love to spend time with animals going on walks, playing with them and making sure they are well taken care of. I have experience with puppies, adolescent and senior dogs. About: Hi everyone. I am new to Rover as a sitter but I’ve taken care of different types of dog breeds for 5 years! Dogs are considered to be humans best friends and I treat them like they’re mine! I provide comfort and care and help each dog with anything they may need, ranging from love, to energy and any special need care the owner may have! While also having a job as an engineer, I try to make time for my animals even if that means leaving work and coming home to make sure they have everything they need! Britney is so lovely and kind. She recently started walking my 57 pound dog, Sitka, for an hour twice a week. When she came for a meet and greet she asked a lot of great questions so she could provide the best care for him. He is quite strong (and strong-willed), and I have genuine peace of mind having a Rover who worked as a vet tech and knowing that they can handle my pet. She sends a lot of fun pictures and leaves a detailed note of what they did together that day and how he behaved. She gives him lots of affection, and he is always happy when I get home to him on days she cared for him. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
