Britney is so lovely and kind. She recently started walking my 57 pound dog, Sitka, for an hour twice a week. When she came for a meet and greet she asked a lot of great questions so she could provide the best care for him. He is quite strong (and strong-willed), and I have genuine peace of mind having a Rover who worked as a vet tech and knowing that they can handle my pet. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
