About: I have had experience with pets since a young age. I had dogs and cats growing up. The last dog my family had while I was in high school was a Bassett Hound whom I loved.She had such a great personality. Currently, I do not have any dogs, not out of desire, but because I don't feel I am home enough to be able to care for them. Therefore, I have 2 cats! In order for me to get my dog "fixe" on a regular basis, lol, I have cared for my friends and family's dogs on a regular basis for the last 10 years. I have done overnight visits for my sister-in-law's dog, which is a King Charles Cavalier and took care of my friend's dogs, both a Dachshund and an Australian Shepherd during the day while she was at work. Currently I have a friend and neighbor whom I take her dog out for walks on a regular basis while she's at work. I am currently working part time as I have my own craft business.I felt that interactions with pets would be a great part time position that would fit nicely into my schedule. I feel that I am a mature individual who can take direction very well from your instructions. Whatever your pet needs I am happy to provide while you are away.

About: I grew up with pugs, and for the past 17 years I have had three foster fail pitbulls and multiple fosters that have gone on to loving homes. I have rescued three Mama pitbulls from terrible breeding situations, and their rehabilitation was a testament to my love. I have taken on personally multiple boarding dogs through friends reccomendations, and now that I have an empty nest, I am ready to share my home with your loved ones. I currently work only part time, so I will be here to spend a lot of time in the home caring for my boarding pets. My household has no fenced in yard, but I can give multiple walks per day, as I am a very active person. There are multiple adults and children in the home, so your fur babies will be getting A LOT of love. :) I live in a safe neighborhood and a safe neighborhood in Wethersfield, and will be home frequently to provide a high level of care for your beloved pet.

About: I’ve been surrounded by dogs my whole life, and caring for them is second nature to me. For four years, I managed a doggy daycare, giving me daily experience with everything from playful puppies to quirky adults and sweet seniors. I’ve also cared for multiple dogs at home — feeding, walking, giving medications, and keeping everyone on a routine. Big personalities, small breeds, anxious pups, confident ones… I’ve worked with them all, and I genuinely love getting to know what makes each dog unique. I work a full‑time job on weekdays, but you can count on me Friday after 5 PM and throughout the weekend. Whether your pup needs a walk, some playtime, or a quick drop‑in, I’m happy to help. I treat every dog like they’re my own, and I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and understood. In your home, I stick to your dog’s normal routine - feeding, potty breaks, walks, and any special instructions you share. I’m careful with doors, gates, and household safety, and I never rush your dog into situations they’re unsure about. My goal is to create a stress‑free, happy environment.

About: For five years during grad school, I took care of friends pets (including cats, small dogs, and big dogs) for days and up to weeks while they were away. I have a full time job Monday-Friday, but I love animals! I can’t have a pet of my own at the moment, but I would love to take care of yours on the weekends or weekday evenings. My priority is to make your pet feel safe. I find keeping them in their home environment or maintaining their usual routine is often helpful. I am open to in house visits as well as bringing them into my home.

About: Hey there friends, My name is Hope. I’ve spent over 10 years walking dogs and caring for pets throughout Boston, NYC, and now as I travel all over. During this time Ive become certified in canine CPR and first aid. Safety first! Lucky for me, I only do non-pet related work on the weekends so I am entirely free to care for your pets anytime during the week. When I pet sit at other peoples homes for multiple days, besides the care and routine of the pets in need to know: when the client would like me to arrive/depart, a preferred place I can sleep, what I can and can’t use in the kitchen (salt/pepper ect), if I can/can’t use things like the washing machine if necessary, general house rules and security.
