“Joshua stepped in to help on short notice when I had to travel overnight for a funeral. (I just moved in and wasn’t even completely unpacked yet.) He visited before staying over night to meet my dog and me. He’s a great communicator and sent videos in addition to messages to let me know Scout was doing well. Joshua has a great vibe and made me feel relaxed about handing over my key to a person I just met. The house looked like no one even stayed here. He was great with Scout and I’ll definitely ask him for help on a regular basis.”

“Detail oriented, thorough, kind, excellent planning and foresight, just awesome! This was my first Rover experience at the time of my booking I had an elderly dog and three cats, we had not gone on vacation in years due to our dog having arthritis and other health issues, but we had gotten her to a point where she was doing really well and we felt we could leave her with someone. I needed someone who could administer meds, live at the house and be otherwise highly attentive to her needs and our cats. I had about given up on some of the people I’d spoken with on Rover, I just didn’t feel comfortable with anyone. Enter Jillian. In our initial texts I got a very positive vibe and immediately liked her. We hadn’t even met yet but I could tell she was a gem. When she came to the house to meet our pets she was aces and again I instinctively knew she was going to be great. Since our meeting our dog very suddenly passed away and when I let Jillian know her response was compassionate and she gave me some time to figure out what we would do. When we spoke again we decided on two visits a day for the cats and she sprang into action to adjust our booking. Jillian was every bit as great as I knew she would be and even surpassed my expectations. This woman is thorough, she thinks ahead, she looks to solve issues even before they happen. We had a snow storm while we were gone and she made sure she got to the house. We received daily photos of all of the cats, who by the way hide from strangers all the time, but not Jillian! I think she’s a cat whisperer of some sort. She was on time for her visits, left the place clean, took her shoes off to walk around the house, so thoughtful!! On prior vacations when I’ve left my pets I always notice they’re a little ‘off’ when I return, not with Jillian. They were very much themselves which speaks volumes. I highly highly highly recommend her. We are already booking another trip because this was the first time in years that I really relaxed and didn’t feel any worry about the pets.”

About: While my experience is mostly with seniors, I love and have experience with all age ranges. I've also cared for dogs that have had some medical issues and am super attentive to all my fur babies. I currently work full-time, but my hours are extremely flexible. I am in office Thurs-Sun, but my work day can end anywhere between 8am & 3pm. If I have pets in my home, I do provide a bed, feeding bowls, snacks, toys, and a lot of affection. I have a private park across the street as well as a fenced in backyard, depending on what the needs are. I am also located near Bushnell Park in case some extra running around is needed. I am good at giving medicine, if need be.

“Liz was absolutely fabulous with our (very large!) golden, Cutiepie! While I was initially nervous with our very first petsitter/housesitter, I ended up ecstatic that we had such a lovely person to play with and care for Cutie and look after our home while we were out of town. We received regular photo and text updates, and I was quickly notified about any questions she might have about Cutie's needs. Liz herself has such a wonderful, friendly, and easy going manner about her as well; I felt immediately comfortable with her in my home and with my dog (who has now adopted Liz as her BFF and already misses her!). House was tidy when we returned and Cutie was happy, calm, and clearly well cared for. I'll definitely be booking Liz again next time we need to leave Cutie at home alone! Thank you Liz for being the perfect companion to Cutie while we were away! Couldn't have asked for a better petsitter! <3”

About: I’ve had pit bulls as pets my whole life since I was born, so I’ve quickly learned how to take care of puppies and senior dogs. I am also on another app called wag where I’ve walked all kinds of dogs big and small. Helping people with their pets has always been something I love. I’m currently in college to be a forensic scientist! I’m unavailable Mondays/Wednesday's for school but you can always ask just in case! I am currently trying to make some extra money on the side for moving come November 1st Dogs in my home were never crated, however ive taken care of others dogs where they were to be put in a crate and it has never been an issue. Any rules you have for your pet is a rule I will follow as well as it is your home and your pet.
