With over 23 years of experience, I have yet to met a pet that I was not fond of or one that didn’t like me. Meet and greet is required to ensure a good fit and no stress environment for the animal. I provide complete supervision during any outside time whether it’s on a walk or in the backyard. I make sure all toys are safe to play with and do not pose chocking hazard. I have extensive experience with large and small breeds as well as senior dogs. Darla has been so very helpful. I broke my ankle and have 2 dogs one is so laid back the other is a 4.5 month old puppy and I was struggling so hard to give him attention. Darla immediately bonded with both dogs and has taken the best care of them while I can't. Highly highly recommend her!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
