They both really went above and beyond by ensuring the dogs ate well (they can be very picky), had safe exercise opportunities (even when it was over 100 degrees), and enjoyed napping on their couches and beds. We love our dogs tremendously and felt like Jimmye Sue and Tom did much more than meet the dogs’ basic needs—they got to know the dogs’ personalities, habits, and what they enjoyed. “I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We have used Rover for boarding our dogs while on vacation several times, but I have never had as great an experience as we did with Bekah! Atticus, my mini bernedoodle is always wary of strangers and is usually standoffish when it comes to people, even though he has been well socialized since puppyhood. When we met Bekah, he immediately took to her, letting her love on him and pet him. That is soooo not his usual nature! Throughout our vacation, we received multiple updates along with pics and videos. In just about every video, Atticus was hugging or snuggling with Bekah! Marigold is always an easy lover of humans, so it was no surprise that she was being a loving pup, but I was shocked by Atticus. I guess he knows a good soul! Our babies were well cared for, but more importantly, I felt that they were well loved! We will definitely look forward to our babies staying with Bekah next vacation. So, they will get lots of attention throughout the days. I usually take the boys out 3x a day to stretch out their legs and burn off some energy. About: Hello, I am a hard working individual that is looking to hang out with dogs/cats of all ages, sizes, and abilities! I love to explore Texas and hike at new places. I have a retail job and typically work evening hours. I would be able to pop in and look after your lovable fur babies. I live in Georgetown so I am conveniently nearby Austin and surrounding areas to drop by and make sure they are doing great. I am happy to stay at your home and a great love of mine is going to a park nearby and/or hiking on trails with the dogs. I am college educated who cannot have one of my own at this time. I have grown up with dogs all my life and I have enormous passion for them. I have previous experience caring for family and friends' animals with great care. I have a car and I am an very reliable person who will do the best job I can for your family. I have references if you would like to request them and I hope you to hear from you soon, I typically work from 1pm to 10 pm most days but sometimes earlier at a retail job but I can drop by beforehand to give walks and feed early. I am available most nights as well to feed them and even stay at the house if requested. I do not have the ability to bring the animal over to my apartment. I will treat the client’s home with the upmost respect and will clean up after I leave. I will send them daily pictures/videos of the animals so they can stay in touch.
