About: I use to have 2 dogs but they ran away :( Love walking dogs making sure they enjoy life. I also teach kids how to swim! I’m currently working as a swim instructor, but I have plenty of free time during the week that I’d love to spend walking dogs. It’s a great way for me to stay active and spend time with animals, which I truly enjoy. Adding dog walks to my routine would not only help me make the most of my week — it would also be something I genuinely look forward to! I will always make sure the pet is safe making sure they do not run away and making sure they are fed and not dehydrated.

About: Since I was a kid, I've always loved animals and have helped take care of the dogs, birds, and fish my family has had as pets. Last year I adopted a kitten on my own, and boy have I been missing out! While only being a cat owner for a year, I've grown to love his little quirks and affection! In the short time of having Nico in the house, he's taught me much about the importance of providing a stimulating environment, multiple scratching posts, opportunities to play and of course, to cuddle! Through trial and error, I've come up with feeding, grooming, and healthcare routines and habits that work for us both. The most rewarding part of owning a cat, and what sets them apart from other pets I've had is the unconditional love and intelligence they possess. I really can't imagine my home without one now, and hope to get more in the future. I would consider myself fit for this position because I'm empathetic, nurturing, love animals and really want more experience watching different breeds and ages of cats and helping owners in need :) I'm available Tuesday-Friday from 10am-7pm to check in on your cat or you can drop them off. Overnight stays also possible upon discussion. Could also be available Saturday-Monday after 3pm, depending on level of care needed. Please inquire about any questions. I have an unfenced yard and one playful neutered male cat who stays in the house except for rare walks outside on his leash. I also have a toddler who loves and is gentle with animals (she's learned a lot from owning a cat and from trips to the zoo, aquarium, and farm :).

About: I have a deep love for animals and enjoy capturing their adorable moments through candid photos. Friends and family have trusted me for years to care for their pets, and have encouraged me to expand my clientele of pawfect fur parents. Whether you're simply busy or on vacation, I keep owners updated and ensure your pet(s) get plenty of love and exercise every day. I'm taking time to find the right fit in my professional career, which allows for a very flexible schedule. Meanwhile, I’d love to spend more time in screen-free environments and enjoy the nice weather outside. I provide pets with my complete attention, treating them with the same love and responsibility as my own. I follow owners' instructions precisely, ensuring their pet’s safety and maintaining the home’s condition. I always keep the water bowl full, make sure potty breaks happen on time, and ensure meals, medication, or treats are given as scheduled.

About: Since I could work, I have been the go to animal sitter from Portland to Los Angeles. I have had a wide array of furry (and scale-y!) clients! With over 10 years of experience, I have stayed in over 30 homes and visited even more individual pets. I love making friends with your “little guys” and have had many repeat customers, big and small! I am a work from home writer so I am the perfect fit for your frequent outdoor breaks and house sitting needs! If we are scheduled my attention will be with your pet for a majority of the day and through the nights! I have been known to homes cleaner than you left it! I love to stick to your pets schedule and accommodate when your pet misses you most. Great for clients and pets with anxiety!

About: I have been taking care of my own animals since I got my first cat when I was 3 years old. I have also adopted many animals over the years. I am Broadway actor and performer. I was injured on my most recent job and am now looking for suplemental work while I seek treatment. I have plenty for free time while I rest and recover so this is the perfect time to pet sit your baby! I would love to meet your fur baby and get to know their needs. I know how difficult it is to be away from my babies so trust in your sitter is very important.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life - both young and old. I also have experience working with both cat and dog rescues and fostering. Most of my experience is with sporting dogs and toy dogs, so my expertise runs the gamut! I currently have a 5lbs senior Maltese named Minnie who is with me when I pet sit. She mostly keeps to herself but gets along with all animals. I live in a house with a backyard and am available most days for sitting at my home - or drop ins or walking in the Lawndale/Torrance/Hawthorne/Gardena area. I will take care of your pet in my home as long as you need. I am good with puppies, senior dogs, giving medication, basic health care and also certified in pet first aid. At my house I have a lovely grassy yard and spacious backyard for the dogs to play in a comfortable environment for your pet. I am happy to give a tour of my home prior to your booking - so you can see inside and out.

About: My household always includes a furry friend, whether that furry friend be a puppy or an older dog. I love my dogs and I’ve had cats too! I do not have any prior arrangements, so any day of the week and anytime of the day works with my schedule well! Full availability I love all animals, always making sure they are fed, have toys to play with and are clean. I love to take dogs on long walks

About: I’m new to Rover, but I bring years of experience and a heart full of love for our furry friends. I’m a lifelong animal lover with a colorful heart and a calm, patient spirit. I share my home with five rescued cats, so I know firsthand the joy—and occasional chaos!—that comes with caring for animals of all kinds. I’ve worked with multiple dogs at once and have a special place in my heart for shy, reactive, or even aggressive pups. I take the time to build trust at their pace, always with gentleness and respect. I love getting down on the floor to connect, observe, and honor each animal’s unique personality. I’m also trained and confident in administering medications, including injections, and I always prioritize your pet’s comfort and safety. Whether it’s a sunny stroll or quiet bonding time, I bring attentiveness, empathy, and a whole lot of love to every visit. As an independent designer, I have a very flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate quality time to pet care throughout the day. I love balancing my creative work with time spent walking, playing, or simply being present with furry friends—it’s the most rewarding part of my routine. This flexibility means I can easily adapt to different pet needs, last-minute bookings, or specific time requests. In my home, I have a safe and cozy “catil” (cat patio) where my five rescue cats can enjoy fresh air, sunshine, and freedom. They have access to come and go through secure doors whenever they like. When caring for pets in my client’s home, I always start by checking harnesses, leashes, and collars to ensure safety. I give each furry friend the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me, moving at their pace to build trust and connection. My approach is calm, respectful, and centered on their comfort.

“Jive was punctual, responsive and helpful. Above ask else she cared for our Toby like he was her own. She gave love and even helped him down the stairs s as he was anxious about safely getting to the main floor.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience providing personalized care for a variety of pets, including dogs and cats. My clients have praised my reliability and dedication, ensuring that their pets are happy and well-cared-for while they are away. I’m currently working part time so I’ll have plenty of time to walk or sit with your doggy or kitty, any day during the week. I can’t take your pet to my home but I with pleasure will walk your pet or provide pet sitting at your place, overnight as well.

“Tiara was a very reliable dog walker. She came everyday to walk my pup at lunch for a couple weeks. She sent updates and communicated when needed. Would recommend Tiara for dog walking!”

About: Dogs will always hold a special spot in my heart. I’ve been caring for dogs since I first got one at the age of 8. When friends and family are out of town, I’m the first they think of to care for their babies. I’m currently working from home and love getting out for walks with my pup- whether they are quick breaks or long. I’d love to help those who aren’t as lucky with their time for their dogs! I have a fenced in patio area that my dog likes to lounge in when sunbathing. I also have a very dog friendly community that can allow for lots of exercise.

“Daniel took great care of Rue! She had such a good work out with every walk and made a new dog friend. Communication was consistent and detailed. Made a worried dog mom like myself, feel a lot better! Will definitely be rebooking in the future!”

About: I’m my friends’ go-to dog sitter and walker! I have taken care of a dog for a week and walked him 3 times a day! I work at home so I create my own schedule which allows me to work with you and your dog’s/cat’s schedule! I’m looking to make some extra cash to help out my parents. I make sure that the pet is in safe, cool weather, well fed according to its eating schedule, hydrated, and in a safe environment for them and those around them.
