I currently don't have any dogs living with me but prior to July 2025 I had my own fur babies since 1992. About: Hello, my name is Daya. And yes, my headline is correct “Helping cats love dogs”. Thankfully, I have owned my cats eight years and hopefully more to go. When my cats met my dogs. I didn’t want my cats to be stressed out. I wanted to make sure that they feel comfortable on being around a huge puppy. My cats rule my home so they are the kings of the house hahaha. I have an orange tabby that sometimes doesn’t like my dogs to be inside of our room. But I make sure that they know that their siblings. I shower my cats every six months as they are indoor and outdoor and make sure that they have their flea medication and up-to-date vaccines because again they are indoor and outdoor. I know that cats naturally groomed themselves, but it’s for the health of my babies. Thankfully, as I did experience on trying to become a veterinarian technician. I learned a lot from school, even though I didn’t finish. Now that doesn’t mean I stopped trying to learn on animal behavior. I am a dog trainer at PetSmart. I’ve been working as a dog trainer for six years to help. Dogs can also be kind to cats. I know Cats can be feisty. About: I was a dog owner for 15 years; she passed away about 3 years ago. Her beds are so big and comfy I didn't want to throw them away. I had proclaimed this to be a forever dog home! Since then, I began dog sitting for friends from my church. I knew if a dog came over, I would want it to be comfortable. I do enjoy seeing the dog happy and comfortable, the rest of the day will consist of making that happen. Your pet will get a one on one experience. I will care your pet just like I would do my own. Again, a home away from home. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is take my fur buddy outside. Next is breakfast and play time if it's preferred. PLEASE NOTE, for in-home pet sitting that falls on weekdays (Mon–Fri): As mentioned above, I work remotely and will need WiFi access throughout the day while caring for your companion animal(s). To help protect your network security, I recommend providing me with a temporary or guest password. Whether you’re out of town overnight or away for a few weeks, I am available to provide house and pet sitting in the comfort of your home. I believe it’s often best for companion animals to remain in their familiar environment, where they can maintain their normal routines and feel safe, secure, and comfortable. While you’re away, I will provide attentive, compassionate care tailored to your pet’s individual needs. This includes feeding, fresh water, exercise, playtime, enrichment, medication administration if needed, and plenty of affection. I understand that trusting someone with both your companion animal(s) and your home is a big decision. You can expect clear communication, reliability, and regular updates, including photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind knowing your companion is safe and well cared for while you’re away.

About: In 2012 I got my little Yorkie Paisley from a place called Puppy Town. Over the years me and Paisley has grown close and she has become my best friend. Within a few days, I had housebroken her, at first she didn’t know how to walk on a leash, but was practice and patience, she became a master of walking on a leash to the point that she enjoys walking. Although Paisley does not enjoy baths, I do give baths and it brings me joy to see her fresh and clean I have to brush her every day to maintain that beautiful golden coat. I’m afraid to clip her nails so I will take her to Banfield hospital to get her nails clipped. Over the years Paisley became older, and her eye sight has declined, so every morning I have to take the time to take her to her food. She knows where the bathroom is at, but sometimes she’ll have accidents and I have to be patient with her and I have to clean up her accidents and I have to keep an eye on her at all times to make sure she doesn’t hurt herself. Her food and water is still in the same place however, I had to rearrange some furniture and things to make it easier for her to get around… Every summer, I will purchase flea and tick protection, cause I can’t have no pests bothering my baby! Paisley is my best friend and even though she can’t see me anymore, she can sense when I’m there and still wants to cuddle up under me. I’m a landscape photographer, so I do do work in the golden hours however, I’ll be available to watch your best friend Monday through Friday in the early mornings 6am -5pm and also I can watch your furry friend in the evenings 7pm - 12am Weekends 6am - 5pm. Was Paisley I get up sometimes she sleeps but if she is up, she will automatically go to the bathroom when she’s done in the bathroom. I will take her to her bowls. I will feed her while she’s eating. I will clean up what it’s called a wee wee pad I live in an apartment and my room is pet friendly so your fur baby will have toys and also they will have water as well, in the kitchen is where I have their food so they will have access to food and water in the kitchen. Also, I live by a local park so your fur baby will never have to worry about being bored because I will take on walks to the park. Your fur baby will never be bored with me. We will go to the park, play with toys ,and I believe fur babies should always be indoors with a watchful eye.
