“Conner is such a huge help to have for our special needs dog! We really appreciate his care and attentiveness with her as she has many little things that require extra time and work. From diapering and medications to basics like walks and feeding! Thankful to have Conner around! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Ashley was our dog walker for the summer and she was great! She was extremely punctual and incredibly reliable. I think she was only late once (just by a few minutes) and she let me know ahead of time. Very good communication. My dog is a reactive to other dogs on leash and she did a great job managing his reactivity and listening to his needs. She also took out our pit Lexi, who’s a big funny little crazy lug, and did a great job managing her energy. If I was staying in the Seattle area, I would def hire her services again!”

“Kayce always goes above and beyond with my cats. She takes tons of action shot photos of them playing with the wand toy, and really great portrait style photos that I save :) We love Kayce’s attention to detail with her updates - she always checks the supplies/food/water/litter box and we know our cats are well taken care of 🐱 Thanks for always going above and beyond!”

“Daniel and Sabrina took great care of my pup and I’m very glad I picked them for my first Rover visit! I will definitely be a reoccurring client with them - Kai was in great hands and he loved Sabrina and Daniel!”

“Angelique was fantastic. Top notch communication. Respectful, mindful, and genuinely cared about giving our puppy the absolute best experience possible. It is refreshing to have someone be equally loving toward your animal as well. It gave us so much reassurance to know he was in such good hands! Will book again and again!”

“We and Junie love Lily! She’s caring and kind and so easy going. This last visit was just a short one on a hot day, and we came home to a very satisfied doggo!”

“Amanda is extremely conscientious and responsible; she took great care of our cat and our home. She is an excellent and clear communicator and regularly sent us photos and videos. She even brushed our cat which is next level for this picky feline- it showed us that our cat liked and trusted Amanda. We will book her again. Thanks Amanda!”

About: I recently moved to Seattle and am not working until October! I’m hoping to walk and hang out with some new dog friends :) I’ve lived with and taken care of dogs since my family adopted our rescue pup at home, a Border Collie/lab mix. I have experience walking dogs at a shelter and fostering. My husband and I have a pretty anxious and reactive (but adorable) 50 lb golden retriever rescue pup. I have experience with various training styles for anxious and reactive dogs and am happy to continue the training you’ve worked on at home and out on walks or runs. I also have experience giving some dog meds (including subcutaneous IV fluids, pills) and am happy to learn to do more! I am not working currently and am generally free during the week. My weekends are pretty busy this summer but I will be available for a few. I hope to make your pet feel as comfortable as possible. I am happy to continue any training you do at home, administer medications and anything else your pet needs at your home!

About: I have several years of pet care experience and truly love spending my time with animals! I have professional experience working as a behavior specialist at an animal shelter, so if you have a fearful or reactive dog, I am more than happy to go slow with them and follow and protocols you may have for visits or walks. I am comfortable working with dogs of all breeds and sizes, and can provide medications or other medical care if they need it. I currently work full-time but will have open availability on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. If you're in need of pet care on other days of the week, please let me know as I might be able to be flexible on some days! I will be sure to follow your pet's routine as they know it in your home! I can align their care with their typical schedule to help them feel comfortable and safe.

“Caroline is the best! She goes above and beyond for us and our cat, even going back to the house off the clock, to reset the automatic feeder and check on him. 100/10 recommend!”

About: Hi! We're a couple in our 30s living in Fremont. We work from home running our business, which means we're available all day to provide companionship and care for your dog. I have 17 years of experience with dogs, starting when I raised my toy poodle from 2 weeks old until she passed at 16 just a few months ago. We navigated her separation anxiety, extreme pickiness with food, and anxiety around other dogs. My partner grew up with 3 cats and completely adopted my dog as his own - he learned all her routines and was just as devoted to her care. Fun fact: he can also perform dog CPRs! Before my dog needed full-time care, I was on Rover for 1.5 years specializing in boarding. I've cared for dogs from tiny Chihuahuas to large Samoyeds and Australian Shepherds. We prefer 1-2 dogs from the same family for individualized attention, though during holidays I've managed up to 5 dogs at once. Our home is a 3-story rowhouse with multiple pet beds, steps, blankets and toys. We have easy access to Green Lake and neighborhood parks for exercise. During COVID, I learned grooming and bathing to keep my poodle comfortable at home. We're experienced with senior dogs, medication administration, and complex medical needs. We worked closely with Elliott Bay Animal Hospital for regular care and VEG Interbay for urgent situations. We understand when professional veterinary care is needed and maintain detailed care logs. We treat your pet like family because we know that's exactly what they are to you. You'll get regular updates and photos throughout the day, and we respond to messages instantly. Your dog's health and happiness are our absolute priorities. Since we work from home, your dog gets all-day companionship and is never alone for long periods. Our flexible schedule means we can adapt to any dog's routine - multiple potty breaks, specific meal times, or medication schedules. Daily routine includes: - Morning walks and outdoor time - Midday play sessions and attention - Afternoon exercise and enrichment - Evening cuddles and companionship - Overnight comfort and security Staying with a couple means your pet always has someone available. If one of us has a meeting or errand, the other provides immediate attention and care. We adapt to your dog's unique needs rather than forcing them into our routine. Some dogs need more frequent breaks, others prefer longer adventures. We match their personality and energy level. You'll receive frequent photo updates and instant responses - we know how much you miss your pet when away. Our Environment: Secure 3-story Fremont rowhouse with pet-safe spaces, multiple beds and comfort items, plus easy access to neighborhood parks and Green Lake area for walks and exercise. Safety: 17 years of experience with careful leash handling, secure gate management, and emergency response. Strong relationships with Elliott Bay Animal Hospital and VEG Interbay urgent care - we know exactly when professional care is needed. Medical Care: Extensive experience with medication administration, senior dog care, and health monitoring. We keep detailed logs and recognize behavioral or health changes that need attention. Communication: Regular updates and photos throughout the day, instant message responses, and detailed daily reports. We understand you want to know how your family member is doing. In Your Home: We follow your routines, maintain home security, and treat your space with complete respect while keeping everything exactly as you'd want it.

About: I have had friends, family and strangers entrust me with the care of their furry family members. I have extensive experience with special needs animals and meds administration including subcutaneous fluids. I enjoy walking and hiking and would love to take your dog or cat along for some adventures if that provides positive stimulus for them. I can easily adjust to any special needs your pet may have. Making sure you feel at ease when leaving your furry family member behind is what is most important to me. I am happy to care for your pet in your home or mine. I have a large deck off my house which is an ideal spot to enjoy a little afternoon sun. If you prefer care in your home, I'm happy to maintain any routines which are most beneficial to you and your family.

About: I’ve owned dogs my whole life, including a collie, two Jack Russell terriers, and now a pit bull/ chocolate lab mix who is perfect in every way except for her dislike of baths. I’ve petsat many different dogs and cats over the years and I’ve loved them all! I work from home until 2pm every day, so I’m looking for an excuse to get moving and meet / care for some cute cats and dogs! I am available weekday afternoons and weekend days and nights While caring for your pet, I will make sure and take into account any instructions or specifications that you are kind enough to offer to me.

About: I've cared for pets for over 9 years, primarily watching dogs of all sizes and personalities. I regularly pet-sat for a local family's poodle throughout high school and PT school, including long stays up to two weeks. She had separation anxiety, so l became skilled at providing calm, attentive care and creating a comforting environment. I've also helped care for a large German shepherd from puppyhood and know how to balance active play with structure and routine. I'm very communicative with owners and always tune in to what each pet needs-whether that's longer walks, playtime, or calmer hangouts. I also have experience cat-sitting and enjoy connecting with animals of all kinds! Pet care fits naturally into my routine-I'm very active, so daily dog walks and playtime are easy and fun, not a chore! I work from home one weekday and have full flexibility that day to tend to pets' needs. The rest of the week, I work part-time shifts, which gives me plenty of time to provide regular bathroom breaks, attention, and supervision. I'm available for boarding Friday afternoons through the weekend, and I'm happy to stay at owners' homes whenever needed (all days of the week) to keep pets comfortable in their own space. Whether pets are in my home or l'm staying in theirs, I focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow the owner's care instructions closely, from feeding schedules to favorite toys and walk routines. I give plenty of attention-whether that's playtime, walks, or just quiet company-and always respect the pet's personality and needs. In clients' homes, l'm tidy, respectful of their space, and make sure everything is left just as I found it (or better!). I aim to create a calm, positive environment for pets while their humans are away.

Fremont pet parents share their Rover experiences
Alison did so great with my cats! She followed instructions to a tee and was able to improvise when one of my older cats had an accident. One of my shy cats who hides around guests also came out a couple times. My cats seem comfortable with her. I loved the pics she sent and that she actually played with them. I would absolutely book with Alison again!

Kit is an incredible cat sitter! She was very responsive, communicative, and always on schedule. She took wonderful care of my cat and provided daily updates that gave me peace of mind while I was away. I felt very comfortable with Kit after our first meeting. She is trustworthy and immediately put me at ease leaving both my cat and home in her care. Kit is very experienced, even with older cats who have additional needs. She did an amazing job with my surly, senior cat and kept her comfortable and healthy when she is usually stressed after visits. She also went above and beyond in cleaning the litter box. I am already looking forward to booking Kit for future visits. I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a reliable and compassionate cat sitter. This is especially true for anyone with older cats or pets needing a little extra attention from a dedicated cat sitter.

Hunter did a great job watching over my two cats while I was away. They are pretty timid around strangers but she was patient and gentle with them, so they were comfortable enough to interact and play. She was very responsive and followed all instructions, and left my apartment nice and neat. Would definitely book Hunter again!

Paula was such a lifesaver when I needed last minute petsitting care for my cat! She was extremely responsive, thorough in her visits and easy to work with, especially on such short notice. I also appreciated how sweet she was with my cat who tends to be anxious around new people. Would absolutely work with her again and I couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you Paula!

Natalia and Scott did a fantastic job and we would gladly work work them again! Communication was easy and reliable - we scheduled a meet and greet before the booking began and thoroughly walked through everything together. They clearly followed our instructions and were on time for each visit. We appreciated the detailed notes and photos for each visit, and the apartment was in perfect shape when we returned! Our kitty’s health and safety were clearly a priority :)
