She was able to come by the house the next day to meet our babies and get detailed instructions about our cat's feeding/medication schedule. Not only was she timely with her visits each day, she was very diligent in ensuring that our boys weren't switching food bowls (one has medication mixed with food and the other does not). Connie provided real-time detailed updates to us during each visit (pictures included!) so we were aware of exactly what was going on with our pets while we were away. It was obvious that Connie really has a love for animals as she would spend a good amount of time with our boys giving them extra attention and affection. She is very thorough and extremely responsible and you can tell she treats her "clients" as if they were her own. For the first time ever, our boys were not upset with us when we returned home.
