Hi! We’re Kacy and Justin, a pet-loving married couple based in Frederick, MD. As lifelong animal enthusiasts, we know pets are family, and we treat every guest like one of our own. We’ve cared for dogs, cats, rabbits, and even goats, giving us experience with all kinds of personalities and needs. With a fully fenced backyard and both of us home full-time, your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and supervision throughout the day. Whether you need boarding, drop-in visits, or daily walks, we tailor our care to fit your pet’s routine and make life easier for you.

Justin is awesome. He cares for my kitty any time I’m away - very attentive to her needs well beyond what I outline for her care. For example, noticing that despite having a water fountain she likes still her water bowl, so he refilled that even though I’d said not to worry about it. He asked follow up questions to make sure Maggie was well cared for, and got great pictures of her, which showed he was clearly laying on the floor to hang out with her because she’s not much of a lap kitty and doesn’t tend to jump up on chairs or anything to make it easier to pet her. In addition, he kindly brought in a package that was delivered during our absence. Also, I have a severe food allergy that he is careful to accommodate while caring for Maggie the cat. Finally, it’s a huge plus and great to know that if needed, Kacy can step in if Justin isn’t available for some reason. Love the team of Kacy and Justin!! Recommend.

Kacy and Justin were very flexible and responsive with us. I wouldn't hesitate to leave Filbert with them again. Our dog was well taken care of, had a yard to run around, and we received daily updates. Ours is an only dog, so having their friendly dogs around was good for helping to socialize him.
Kacy and Justin are great! They make the time to meet your dog and learn its routine and needs. Photos every day assure you all is going well. High Y recommend.

Our home is designed with pets in mind. We have a secure fenced yard for outdoor fun and potty breaks, and cozy indoor areas for rest and play.

Your pet’s comfort and safety are always our top priorities. Because we work from home, we’re able to provide consistent supervision and flexible scheduling, which is perfect for mid-day walks or quick check-ins while you’re at work or traveling. Our mornings start with breakfast and a potty break, followed by playtime, walks, or relaxation, depending on your pet’s needs. Since we’re home full-time, we can offer frequent potty breaks, companionship, and personalized attention to keep them happy and comfortable all day long. Evenings wrap up with more outdoor time, dinner, and plenty of cuddles before bed.

A typical day
If your pet prefers their own space, we can easily create a quiet area or use our medium-sized crates. We share our home with three friendly dogs, so your pet can enjoy built-in companionship, or we can ensure a calm, separate setup if they prefer alone time. For drop-in visits and walks, we follow your pet’s regular schedule, keeping feeding times, potty breaks, and playtime consistent with what they’re used to. Whether we’re caring for them in our home or yours, they’ll always feel safe, loved, and comfortable. We love keeping pets active, happy, and engaged. A typical day might include: • Backyard playtime or fetch • Walks around our quiet Frederick neighborhood • Mental enrichment like treat puzzles or simple training games • Indoor snuggles or relaxation time On warm days, your pup can cool off in our puppy pool, and for drop-in visits or walks, we’ll make sure they get just the right mix of exercise and affection. From high-energy playmates to laid-back cuddlers, we tailor every visit to your pet’s needs and personality.
