She was able to come by the house the next day to meet our babies and get detailed instructions about our cat's feeding/medication schedule. Not only was she timely with her visits each day, she was very diligent in ensuring that our boys weren't switching food bowls (one has medication mixed with food and the other does not). Connie provided real-time detailed updates to us during each visit (pictures included!) so we were aware of exactly what was going on with our pets while we were away. It was obvious that Connie really has a love for animals as she would spend a good amount of time with our boys giving them extra attention and affection. She is very thorough and extremely responsible and you can tell she treats her "clients" as if they were her own. For the first time ever, our boys were not upset with us when we returned home. This was the first time I had booked Lauren to pet sit for me, and I would certainly use her again. She was very friendly when I first met her in person and I could tell that she was an animal lover. She was so nice, that in addition to making her daily trips to feed and water Sinbad, but she also watered some potted landscape plants for me that I bought right before my trip which had not planted in the ground. Both Sinbad and the plants were in very good condition when I returned home.
Katie took great care of our girl! This was our first time using a pet sitter, and Katie walked me through the process and provided much needed reassurance. She communicated with us throughout our trip, was flexible with the timing of visits, and sent (very cute) pictures of our girl.
