I have received training on how to better understand the signals that dogs give us in order to determine how they are feeling (scared, excited, cautious, angry, etc.), and I have applied that training to my previous job at a doggy daycare countless times. We have extremely shy cats so we have been picky with the cat sitter and Lauren has been the only person now except for our family with whom our cats have become very friendly… they are a kind who run to hide even if they hear an unfamiliar voice in the house… Lauren has been patient with them and we have been able to go on a trip after a long time as we could trust her… she is punctual, communicative… sends lots of updates and overall a genuinely nice person that cats love…:) Highly recommend her !!
She was the best. First time using rover and she made iteasy and was very helpful getting everything set up and arranged. We have a diabetic cat who needed special care at the last moment and she was able to handle it excellently. We were very scared of the situation because we were staying in the hospital for a few days while this was going on and Mo was able to settle our nerves and kept our little guy healthy. We will forever be grateful for the care she took of our cat during this time.
