About: I have cared for pets of my own since I was 7 years old. Dogs mostly, but also cats, birds, turtles, rabbits, and fish. Now I am a mature, reliable professional who loves pets as much as ever, but unfortunately my living situation is not ideal to have my own right now. I look forward to connecting with folks who need an assist in caring for their animals and loving them as if they were my own. My schedule is somewhat flexible with plenty of early morning and afternoon availability, as well as evenings opening up at 9 or 10 pm. This is true 7 days a week with 2 rotating days off each week. I typically have one 3-day weekend available each month. My place is not conducive to have your pets stay. But I am happy to come to you, whether for a walk, a feeding, playtime, some combination of all of the above. I also welcome the opportunity to stay over in your home if the need arises and trust has been established.

About: Hello and thanks for reading my profile! I’ve been caring for dogs of all sizes and personalities since I was a little girl, from energetic puppies to senior dogs. Currently, I have a Great Dane of my own (his name is Saint) and regularly babysit three wonderful dogs (two goofy Mastiffs and one sassy little Basset Hound. l’m comfortable with everything from high-energy playtime to gentle senior care, and I treat every pet like family. I currently work 7:30am - 4pm on the weekdays. My office is pet friendly, so I can bring your dog to work with me if you need me during the week. Otherwise I can be available for evenings during the week. My weekends are usually completely free though! I make sure all pets are comfortable, well fed and get play time in. Dogs aren’t meant to be idle all day, and as an active person I love to walk dogs and have some playtime in the backyard. My pets and my client’s pets always get spoiled rotten with cuddles and kisses. <3

About: I’ve had the pleasure of raising a dog from 9 weeks old to his current 13 years. I’ve been there every step of the way, from puppyhood to adulthood and senior years. Plus, my dog tore his ACL, so I know firsthand the challenges of keeping your pet safe and out of harm’s way, along with the need for special care and instructions. I am currently a senior student athlete in college with a flexible schedule. I wanted to find a part-time job that I would actually enjoy, and I have always loved being near animals. Coming back home to my dog is always the highlight of my trip, so being near dogs and getting to see the joy on their faces has always made me smile. I think pets are happiest when they’re in their own space, so I’d rather work at someone else’s home. Plus, getting to know the dog and the pet owners will really help everyone feel more comfortable.

About: I recently lost my 14-year old bulldog and I am looking to reconnect with dogs before committing to another long term companion. I have experience with senior dog care, to include dogs with cancer and dementia. I work full-time from home. During the day, I would be able to offer 2 15 -minute bathroom visits/walks during my breaks from work. I also have flexibility when other needs arise. In the evenings, I am free to give your dog as much love and attention as they desire. I only accept 1 dog at a time (unless multiple dogs are from the same owner and the dogs are pair bonded). I was single handedly responsible for my own dog for 11 years before she died of old age, so I know what it takes to compassionately care for a dog. I have also watched my friends’ dogs and my parent’s dog for weeks at a time. Taking care of dogs is not a new experience for me. I work from home and have complete control over the flexibility of my schedule. I can take breaks from my work to attend to your dogs needs 2 times per day during my 15-minute breaks. I am free evenings. I can also use my breaks to give walks/pet stop-ins if within close proximity to my house. I am willing to take care of dogs who prefer free play in a fenced in yard or those that prefer longer leash walks or park outings. I have no problem with free roam in the house or crating, whichever fits best with the dog’s regular routine. I have a big fenced in back yard and live in a neighborhood with sidewalks and a park 1 block away. I also have a good relationship with a local vet in case of emergencies.

I have a kitty baby of my own who I fostdopted In 2018 I have a 9-5 but It’s flexible as i work from home. I can do multiple short visits as needed, I know my baby gets anxious when no one is home. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
