He also had to have his inhaler once nightly and she was great at making sure he got what he needed! She was communicative and left detailed reports. About: I have two dogs of my own, and I am experienced with handling dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments. I have received training on how to better understand the signals that dogs give us in order to determine how they are feeling (scared, excited, cautious, angry, etc.), and I applied that training in my previous job at a doggy daycare countless times. Thoroughly appreciated how accommodating and great Ash was since this was also our first time using Rover and hiring someone that was someone we didn’t know to watch over Bon Bon. She was very great at communicating and being flexible in directions. Was thrilled how quickly Bon Bon warmed up to her and we could tell how much he loved her with the great photos and videos she would send with each visit. Justin is awesome. He cares for my kitty any time I’m away - very attentive to her needs well beyond what I outline for her care. For example, noticing that despite having a water fountain she likes still her water bowl, so he refilled that even though I’d said not to worry about it. He asked follow up questions to make sure Maggie was well cared for, and got great pictures of her, which showed he was clearly laying on the floor to hang out with her because she’s not much of a lap kitty and doesn’t tend to jump up on chairs or anything to make it easier to pet her. In addition, he kindly brought in a package that was delivered during our absence. Also, I have a severe food allergy that he is careful to accommodate while caring for Maggie the cat. Finally, it’s a huge plus and great to know that if needed, Kacy can step in if Justin isn’t available for some reason. Love the team of Kacy and Justin!! Recommend.

Kim saved our kitty (and us) in a pinch when the cat needed some extra attention (wound care) just as we had a flight coming up! Our kitty obviously adored her.
