About: I’ve had the pleasure of raising a dog from 9 weeks old to his current 13 years. I’ve been there every step of the way, from puppyhood to adulthood and senior years. Plus, my dog tore his ACL, so I know firsthand the challenges of keeping your pet safe and out of harm’s way, along with the need for special care and instructions. I am currently a senior student athlete in college with a flexible schedule. I wanted to find a part-time job that I would actually enjoy, and I have always loved being near animals. Coming back home to my dog is always the highlight of my trip, so being near dogs and getting to see the joy on their faces has always made me smile. I think pets are happiest when they’re in their own space, so I’d rather work at someone else’s home. Plus, getting to know the dog and the pet owners will really help everyone feel more comfortable.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes, as well as a few cats, for years in a more casual setting. I usually sit for friends, family friends, and neighbors, usually through check-ins, and only a few times with boarding in my own home. I have two dogs of my own, ages 5 and 9mo who were both raised from puppies, so I have basic puppy training and grooming skills. I also have experience with dogs who need regular medication or who have specialized/specific diets. I am open to caring for any pets except birds, special needs/sensitive reptiles, and insects. I am currently a student at Penn State and I am looking for summer job in my hometown. I would most likely be free at almost any time during the week and would be open to over night stays as well with prior notice. I would be open to set a meeting with you and your pet before house sitting or check-in dates to discuss schedules and specifics as well as to meet your pet. I am currently unable to sit at my own house. My contact info will be provided and I will be available for call at all points during my care for your pet.

About: Cats, dogs, critters and reptiles welcome! I have a wide experience of cats and dogs of all ages, from babies to seniors. Rodents, lizards, turtles are also something I’m familiar with! I’ve always had pets in my house growing up. I’ve fostered kittens and volunteered at local animal shelters. I have experienced bottle feedings, house breaking, and senior dogs and handle them all with ease and love. I am currently running my family business and spend most of my weekdays day at home. This allows my weekdays to have flexibility and availability to pet parents who work during the day. My home is located in downtown Frederick and I also have a fenced in backyard. I can easily get to many areas of Frederick quickly and with ease. My pets at home are friendly and welcome guests! We have fostered cats and often have other dogs visit.

About: Hello - my name is Kristy and I have over 20+ years of experience with dogs. I’ve cared for a beagle for 13 years and I currently have a puggle named Zoe who is 12 years old and Lily, a 1 year old Cavapoo. I live in a family friendly community with a large fenced backyard, a park and walking trails right around the corner. Great for those dog walks! I have an 8 and 12 year old at home, so your fur baby will be entertained around the clock. I have a love for dogs and I will make sure your pet is comfortable in my home and treated as if they are my own. Your pet is free to roam the house as well as the backyard to play. I currently have a flexible work schedule during the week. I like to have our visitors get as much fresh air as possible if the weather is nice. That includes sun bathing on the patio or walks around our neighborhood park and trails. ***Please be respectful with agreed upon drop off and pick up times*** I have a fully fenced yard to wander around, a friendly “older” dog, a friendly, playful pup, and two kids to keep your fur baby entertained. I can easily crate your dog if needed per your permission. I also have a camera set up to check in on if I am out running errands.
