About: As the go-to person for friends in need of dog-sitting, I recently figured "Why not expand?", hence my decision to register with Rover. Setting dogs and their people at ease brings me joy! I've had two dogs over the past 20 years: one slightly demonic and requiring special precautions, and the other a big, gentle galoot. Both absolutely stole my heart. I work from home and am available for walking (give me allll the exercise) and sitting (give me allll the cuddles). I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I'm around to give attention as needed, 7 days/week. I'm an early riser (6:30 give or take), so early walks or breakfasts would be no problem. I have a fenced yard that would be secure for all but the most accomplished escape artists. Your pet would have full access to all parts of the house (including furniture). That said, if crating, furniture restrictions, etc. work better for you and your dog, I would happily honor your typical rules and routines.

About: I've been taking care of pets since elementary school, starting with helping neighbors. I have a natural affinity with all animals and am known for my patience in understanding and addressing their unique needs. I have my own dog, whom I've been caring for over the past nine years. Additionally, I've frequently looked after family members' dogs during their vacations or whenever they needed a sitter. About: First I just want it to be known that I am willing to work with clients on pay rates and negotiate to a rate that fits for both of us. The rates listed are not set in stone. I have cared for cats, small-large dogs in various breeds (Beagles, Pitbull's, Labs, Shelty's, and more) for several years now for close friends and family near the Frederick area. I also have experience with smaller animals like Guinea Pigs, Gerbils, Bunnies, Fish, Turtles, and Hermit Crabs. I myself have a 6 year old Beagle and have been taking care of her for the passed 5 years now. I am home from college for summer break and will be available most weeks days in the evenings and some weekends. Other than work and preparing for school events I will not have much on my plate, giving plenty of time to care for your pets. I care for my clients pets with upmost care and love while maintaining expectations of what the client needs or prefers for their pets. This may include taking your dogs for daily walks, playing with them, making sure they are fed, bathing them, cleaning up any potty accidents, and spending quality time with them to keep company while their owners are away. For cats this may include keeping their litter boxes clean, making sure they are fed of course, playing with them, and quality time as well. I rely on clients to give me information on their pets routines so the pets themselves aren't as confused with a new person taking care of them.

About: I have taken care of dogs of all sizes, as well as a few cats, for years in a more casual setting. I usually sit for friends, family friends, and neighbors, usually through check-ins, and only a few times with boarding in my own home. I have two dogs of my own, ages 5 and 9mo who were both raised from puppies, so I have basic puppy training and grooming skills. I also have experience with dogs who need regular medication or who have specialized/specific diets. I am open to caring for any pets except birds, special needs/sensitive reptiles, and insects. I am currently a student at Penn State and I am looking for summer job in my hometown. I would most likely be free at almost any time during the week and would be open to over night stays as well with prior notice. About: Hello - my name is Kristy and I have over 20+ years of experience with dogs. I’ve cared for a beagle for 13 years and I currently have a puggle named Zoe who is 12 years old and Lily, a 1 year old Cavapoo. I live in a family friendly community with a large fenced backyard, a park and walking trails right around the corner. Great for those dog walks! I have an 8 and 12 year old at home, so your fur baby will be entertained around the clock. I have a love for dogs and I will make sure your pet is comfortable in my home and treated as if they are my own. Your pet is free to roam the house as well as the backyard to play. I currently have a flexible work schedule during the week. I like to have our visitors get as much fresh air as possible if the weather is nice. That includes sun bathing on the patio or walks around our neighborhood park and trails. ***Please be respectful with agreed upon drop off and pick up times*** I have a fully fenced yard to wander around, a friendly “older” dog, a friendly, playful pup, and two kids to keep your fur baby entertained. I can easily crate your dog if needed per your permission. I also have a camera set up to check in on if I am out running errands.

The last 3 summers I have been lucky enough to do long-term stays with my friend's 4 dogs and cat to help build my experience with pets. Additionally, my family has 2 Rhodesian Ridgebacks of our own, so I am no stranger to larger dogs! I am currently working part-time on the weekends so my week is normally pretty free. Since I am an incoming college student, I have some commitments throughout the summer, but have no problem talking about those with clients!
