About: Hi! I’m Willa I’m a 29 year old living in downtown Frederick. Professionally, I am a licensed social worker. I had a dog from age 7 until he died when I was 22. I haven’t been able to get a new pet due to costs, but I love taking care of my friends dogs when they are on vacation so I decided to sign up here to make some money doing it. I can only board small to medium dogs due to the size of my apartment. I have a bed, food bowls, toys and treats but I do not have a crate. I’m responsible and respectful of other people’s homes. I can travel up to 15 miles to drop in on your pet before work, during my lunch break if needed, and in the afternoon/evening. I have experience with dogs of all sizes, various medical needs, and I have no problem cleaning up messes!

Unfortunately, both of our dogs became sick while we were gone, which meant a lot of extra work, cleanup, and special attention. Karen never hesitated. She went above and beyond to care for them and even had to take Ellie to the veterinarian. At times, we had limited phone service while traveling, and Karen helped communicate with the vet and made sure we stayed informed and Ellie received the care she needed. Having someone we could trust to handle such a stressful situation while we were so far away was absolutely invaluable. Karen exceeded every expectation we had. She wasn't simply a pet sitter—she became someone we completely trusted with two very important members of our family. Knowing that Ziggy and Ellie were being cared for with so much patience, compassion, and love allowed us to enjoy our trip without constantly worrying about them. About: I’ve grown up surrounded by dogs and cats and currently have Berlioz, my 6-year-old tabby, and Chibi, my 6-month-old Husky. We left our Roscoe with Kate for 5 nights. Roscoe likes things done his way and Kate had no problem meeting his needs. She sent many pictures and videos daily. He was smiling and happy in every one! Adrienne was awesome with our 7-year-old cavalier spaniel Maggie. She gave her lots of love and attention, took her to a Halloween doggy costume celebration, and even picked her up/dropped her off. She sent daily updates with lots of pictures. Mags came home happy and tired. I will definitely book Adrienne again!!
Priscila and Maria did an outstanding job taking care of Shenanigans and Fiddlesticks, and we highly recommend them. We made a major goof at dropoff--we remembered the dogs' treat bag but not their food! Since we were in a rush to get to the airport, we had to ask them to buy food for the dogs, which we reimbursed. Thank goodness, they helped us out with this. Also, travel delays meant that we picked up the pups a few hours later than expected, but they were very accommodating. We received daily updates and pictures of the dogs, which we very much appreciated. Priscila and Maria are outstanding Rover hosts, and we will definitely use their services again.
